The door says they are open until 6, there is an open sign on the window lit up..... but not open, doors locked. Looks like they lost customers due to poor management.

Our sales person was Eric Harmon. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the different mattresses. We questioned him on. this is our fifth mattress we have bought from Eric. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

Laura was so welcoming and wonderful! She helped us find something that felt like the best fit for us, and was extremely helpful in organizing a plan B in case a king size mattress would not be doable with our narrow stairway. Excellent customer service experience :)
