“I've always loved this place because they gladly accept & reuse packing materials. Today I wanted to mail a package & I like to go here because they offer all three options USPS, UPS & Fed Ex. Today Omar made my day. Going above & beyond he helped me get the best shipping option which ended up with me needing a new box. Not only did he take the time to make sure my package was packed safely, he help me pack it & even threw in a special treat! Just above & beyond! I was at fedex store first but they said they were too busy to do this (must be packing but I was the only customer there) in a rude way.
So, I stopped by my go-to Ups store this morning. Young lady took me first and started trying to figure out how to edit it to fit to the paper size I wanted.
And the other gentleman who was Hispanic? (curly hair -I’m writing this hoping the owner read this ) took it to his computer, edit the size, made me a sample to make sure. They were busy, a lot busier than fedex, I felt bad when many people came in, but no frustration, they were always very pleasant. They were multitasking and smiling to customers.
And he got it done for me.
We don’t get this kind of customer service everywhere any more.

“Great customer service. I needed passport pictures for my 5 yo, who refused to cooperate for 30 minutes. Joseph and Lance were extremely patient, positive, and supportive. They also knew how to print them with different sizes, so I was able to get pictures for both US and Spanish passports.

I happened to show up at open on a day that the air quality was bad due to wildfires.....when I called the service number, the determination had already been made to cease operations for the day(which in understandable, and common for the area) After having me hold to verify my pallet was already unloaded and ready to pickup...... There was no hesitation by the workers to pull me around to pick up, when they could have easily used the reason that they are closed, to come back another day.Having workers who are dedicated to customers is getting harder to find, and I'm very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the local UPS Freight employee that helped me.”
“The little gem of a station is just off SE Powell at SE 14th. It is a gem, often overlooked in favor of the larger Brooklyn Station on SE 7th. The result is generally shorter lines (if there are any at all). During the last couple of visits, there is one person "holding down the fort." It's better to have your packages securely taped prior to sending them, only because there are *occasional* shortages of packing supplies you may otherwise have a last-minute need for.”

“I visited this location for passport photos. Employee Clay did an excellent job for me. I noticed that they make yard signs for city council candidates too when the candidate dropped in. They also rent mailboxes, offer fingerprinting, along with other services. This is a well-run, family-owned, local business with strong neighborhood ties.”
