The one blonde who works there is constantly at the bar next door and they charge 1.00 for usps drop offs even if it's ups/usps. For what? Probably that gambling habit of hers. One star for convenience of the all in one drop off.

I have been using Mail Room+ since 2020. Not only is it close to my home but the ladies (Bridget and Kelly) that work there are the best. They have always been friendly and helpful. They are over worked and underpaid for sure but they are lot better to deal with then some of the other employees they have had over the years and way better then the owners.

I have shipped packages from Mail Room Plus for years. I was surprised to hear that the manager has decided to charge customers a surcharge to ship USPS packages. The fee is only $1.00, but when you have already paid for shipping and handling this does not seem right. I asked what the charge was for and I was informed that it was for handling and storing the package. There was no charge for UPS, FedEx, or DHL.

EXTREMELY rude on the phone when I called to ask for information. Obviously they don't care about new business, so they won't be receiving mine.

I requested a receipt at the time of dropping off three packages with prepaid labels. I was told that the mailing label that I printed was my receipt. I didn't stop to think about this and soon realized that the return label was no receipt that shows I left three packages with Mail Room Plus. I phoned Mail Room Plus to ask for a printed receipt and was told that they do not provide receipts for prepaid packages. This feels like porch pirating to me. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Bad, bad, bad.

COMPLETELY unpredictable hours.. hope they go out of business. Any good experiences I have had in the past are completely erased after my experience today. Surprised how mean the two ladies working were. I don’t know why they think it’s okay to randomly change their hours, but I accepted that. The behavior of the two ppl working today ensure I won’t be back. Old white lady working was seriously rude.

Employee Bridget was incredibly helpful. I needed help figuring out how best to pack and ship a bulky item to Southern California, and I felt they went above and beyond to help me determine the appropriate box size and best shipping method.

Worst place ever. Made me wait around 20 minutes when there was only one person in line and there were two people at the desk. Just ignored me and kept walking around in the back.

Owner told their employees to start charging $1 for physical receipts. They're not required by UPS to provide physical receipts at all, but it would be nice if they can offer digital receipts for free.

Had a shipment last minute that needed to go out fedex. Showed up at 5 mins to 5 and they were closed and the fedex driver said she couldnt take it.
