Mai has cut my hair three times, and each cut has been perfect. I have thick but fine hair, which looks thin and sad with a bad cut. She’s done an incredible job with layering it so that it falls nicely, and I’m always so happy with the results.

I selected this salon based on good reviews from happy clients. I was going to be visiting family in Portland and this salon was close to where I would be staying. Got an appointment within a week of connecting with the shop. Mai was very intuitive about what would work for my hair and I was quite please with the cut. I would recommend this salon.

Just an amazing five years going to Mai. She is really an artist! She has tried many styles and colors for me, and I have never been dissatisfied with any of the results. Mai is also fun to be around and we end up having lots of laughs during my visits!

I can’t say enough good things about Mai. Easily the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I feel wonderful! Mai is highly professional and skilled while somehow being incredibly sweet and welcoming. I left feeling beautiful and happy and relaxed. Cut and wax were excellent and affordable and gentle, and full body massage was one of the best I’ve ever received! Salon is unpretentious and sparkling clean and set up with care, with lots of beautiful touches, including lovely ceiling tiles and fancy drinking water. Prices are an absolute steal, she’s easily worth twice that much. Her joy in her work is abundantly evident, and her level of care and thoughtfulness and expertise is truly rare. I’m so happy I found her, I can’t wait to go back!

We’ve been coming to see Mai for quite a few years now and every time is so wonderful, but yesterday’s experience was exceptional! We received a lesson/reading in numerology and oooooo weeee was it insightful! We had such a great time hearing about our numbers; apparently we have “master numbers!”Mai is very accommodating, and goes out of her way to be super helpful. She even gave a customer who she saw in the walking through the parking lot a ride home and then hustled back for our appointments.She really pays attention to detail when performing any service, hair, color and waxing. We both always love our hair and feel so good and confident after leaving her salon.If you’ve been looking for a new stylist give Mai a call, she’ll definitely hook you up with an amazing look!

She did a great job on my hair and the price was amazing! She also noticed that my hair needed to be trimmed and trimmed it for me. You can really tell that she genuinely cares about having her clients hair look good. A true profesional, I am grateful that she took the time to make my hair look so great! I love how my hair turned out and the color was exactly what I wanted. Thank you again!

Mai does an amazing job cutting hair. Her technique and attention to detail is exceptional. Today I got an eyebrow wax in addition to my usual hair cut and let me tell you, my eyebrows have never looked better! Hands down the best eyebrow wax I’ve ever gotten. Mai and her team do such a nice job! I can always get an appointment. I have gotten haircuts and color by Mai-- beautiful job. My two boys and hubby have gotten great haircuts with Mai also. I love going there for a pedi and some "ME" time! Great prices and nice atmosphere.
