I really love this store! When I lived in the Seattle area, I visited the "Made in Washington" stores many, many times, as I love seeing what's happening, artistically and gourmet food-wise, on a local scale, and I love supporting local businesses. This Made in Oregon store is modeled on the same premise: showcasing and selling state-made and state-inspired goods and foodstuffs. A sampling of what you will find here: locally grown and made or harvested honeys and jams and chocolates, ciders, t-shirts and hats, games and puzzles, artwork (painting, prints and sculptures), ornaments, ceramics, jewelry pieces, decals and souvenirs (all higher-end and well-made. Lots with a Bigfoot theme), drinking glasses and mugs, kitchen towels and more. If you need to get someone a gift from Portland that you can't find elsewhere in any other state, this is the place. (I've a neighbor who does me a lot of favors, and she loves trying chocolates from different places, so this was a great store to get some gourmet local OR chocolate for her). You'd be hard-pressed not to find something for any specific person, truth be known. Yes, prices are high, but whenever one shops artisanal hand-made items or niche, local products, prices are always high. At least the quality and the uniqueness is there, and you are supporting local artists and a local economy.

Cute store with lots of Oregon goodies. Slightly on the expensive side and in a mall. Since this was the only store we wanted to visit, it wasted a bit of our time to have to find parking and then the store itself.

Good selection of many local items. Some fun Sasquatsh things we giggled at. We were looking for items for a gift basket. This store is in the mall and is on the pricier side of things. Friendly employees asked if we needed help and if we were finding everything ok. Checking on us several times. You can purchase the reusable Made in Oregon Bags here as well.

Bait & Switch. I purchased a very cute "Keep Oregon Beered" package for my significant other's birthday. I made sure to ask the woman behind the counter if it could easily be shipped through the mail to my home state and she assured me that most major carriers would ship it. When I found out this was not true, I tried to return it...but *shocker* they don't accept returns for alcohol. No store credit was offered. I don't drink, so now I'm out $30. Nice product, nice store but VERY disappointed at being bamboozled.

This is a fun store with all sorts of practical and quirky items made in Oregon. Including beer and wine. Specifically there were items dealing with Bigfoot and mushrooms and other things that are popular in this Pacific Northwest area.
