I bought my first car here and was very satisfied. Their cars are priced fairly and the car was exactly as shown/ described on the website. The service was great and everyone was very helpful! I would highly recommend Mack Motors to anyone searching for their next vehicle!

Mack Motors delivered. We found my son’s first car. They provided ease of service and clearly outlined with confidence the quality of service and repairs they completed to ensure a reliable first car for my son. We were in and out within less than an hour…. And they delivered the car to our home the next day. If cars aren’t your “wheelhouse”, leave it to the professional staff at Mack Motors to guide your way.

This dealership is the reason car salesmen get a bad wrap. Dishonest, manipulative, and rude. Found my dream car online located across the country. It looked perfect. Checked all the boxes. Low miles, No lights on the dash(false), no issues(false), has navigation(false).I’m aware that buying a used car comes with a bit of risk. But when a dealership blatantly lies to you about features the car has, blatant tells you there’s no warning lights on the dash, and manipulates the photos to hide imperfections. i.e. placing the key fob over the ripped leather to hide it… Then, you’re not just dealing with a dealership, you’re dealing with scumbags who clearly do not care about their customers.Gustavo is the one who lied to me about the condition of the car. I asked TWICE is there any warning lights on the dash.(the photos showed no lights, but I wanted to make sure) I was assured there was no lights. I trusted Gustavo and went through with the purchase. Paid for the car in full. Booked a flight, and went to pick up my car. When I arrived and looked at it, you can imagine my frustration when there’s warning lights flashing, the car is pulling hard to the right, the paint on the fenders is flaking off, the roof molding flys off the car on the test drive, not to mention it doesn’t have any of the features listed online such as navigation… I told Max I was upset that I had been lied to and his response was “so do you still want it or not”What I want is a dealership that’s transparent and trustworthy. And that is not Mack Motors.
