We have dealt with Angel on a previous floor project and we’re extremely pleased with the high quality of service and the remarkable level of professionalism. Most recently we had the pleasure of working with Jay on a countertop project. We found him to be extremely thorough and very well versed. He was able to answer all our questions and went above and beyond to insure our complete satisfaction. We would highly recommend Macadam for any flooring or kitchen project.

We worked with Anna from the Macadam location on replacing our hardwood floors as well as our bathrooms (tile, surfaces, etc). As someone with design experience, I thought she was amazing at follow through and really was a great communicator.

Macadam floors is definitely a top notch organization. From start to finish the process was very smooth. Rick was fantastic to work with and had a lot of enthusiasm and guidance on what to purchase. The install team with Caine and Ivan were also fantastic. From leveling the floors to the speedy install and the amazing quality I am a very happy customer.
Definitely recommend this team!

I visited more than a dozen flooring and countertop stores for our remodel, and Macadam was far and away the best for selection, service, and prices. Our quartz countertop cost hundreds of dollars less at Macadam than at the other four stores I visited. Joe Werner was amazing from start to finish. He clearly explained the differences among various types of flooring and carpeting (we did both) and countertops, answered my many questions promptly and cheerfully, and worked so well with my excellent contractor that they are now referring clients to him. We are thrilled with how everything turned out and I look forward to working with them again when we tackle our master bath renovation. In the meantime, we are loving everything we purchased from Macadam. Save yourself the hassle and just go there--I highly recommend Macadam and Joe!

Making money and justifying their unsatisfactory performance is more important than the customer getting what they pay for! And You will end up paying more than you realize with grief and regret! You may seriously consider giving another smaller more lucrative company your business! Don't just hire these people because of their name! You could very well be sorry like we were.

I had a water leak in my condo. The construction company (shout out to Charter Construction) recommended Macadam Floor, Carpet and Design. Anna assisted during the process, and she was incredibly professional and understanding of the situation. I had to move out of my home, deal with insurance companies (shout out to mine Nationwide), moving companies (shout out to Servicemaster), and HOA representatives. However difficult this was, Anna was always considerate and on point. They installed new floors throughout my condo and new tiles in the bathrooms. It looks amazing. I recommend without reservations Macadam Floor, Carpet, and Design. I'm coming back; I'm saving for new countertops.

Macadam was amazing!! We replaced carpeting in three bedrooms with vinyl plank. Macadam had a huge selection - just about anything you could think of. Rick was very knowledgeable and we felt confident in our decisions thanks to his guidance. They came our shortly after to take laser measurements, and everything else went smoothly. The install team was professional, efficient, and had great attention to detail. Our floors look great!! We are very happy with our decision to go with Macadam and we are recommending them to everyone we know

I recently purchased carpet from Joe Werner at Macadam Flooring. What a great experience. Joe is such a great guy and really knows how to navigate all of the choices that are available. He is also very honest and doesn't try to oversell something that I don't need. This was apparent when I was picking out the padding for my carpet. He had all the options laid out in front of me and said I could choose whatever I wanted, but that a certain pad would be the best for feel, for price, and that other pads were more expensive but not noticeably better for the price increase.
If you need new carpets, countertops, tile, or anything else; I would highly recommend going to Macadam Flooring. They are amazing. I can't wait to talk with Joe again in a couple of months when I buy my new countertops.

Showroom is nice. Desk attendant very sweet. Came in to the showroom and got the run around for a half an hour. “Too busy” to come and answer any questions. I know from my line of work Customer service is key. Only 2 people in the showroom. Unfortunate I wasn’t afforded the same level of customer service as the other 4 and 5 stars. I wonder why that is. I hear great things from others.

Here is the email that I wrote to Joe:
We are so very happy with our new carpet, the installers are true craftsmen! If I could hire that caliber of worker for every job, I’d be eternally grateful. They were amazing. Fidel built a beautiful ramp for our closet to even things out under the carpet, and shimmed our extremely loud wall/floor joint in our hallway - so quiet now! I noticed when we were moving things that our son’s bed frame had fallen through in the middle, and made a note to myself to fix it after the carpet job. When I went to check it after they were done, they had fixed it for us!
We are thrilled with our experience, and of course you were also extremely helpful with the design process. The measuring guy (Jerry?) was also great, and tolerated our kitten “helping” him the entire time ?

We wanted to match some existing floors and when we found out they were no longer made, Darren helped us out to find a very similar match! By just looking at the floor you’d never know it’s different. He was very helpful during the whole process and Ivan and his install team with Master Flooring did a great job! They were polite and very quick. Great quality and would highly recommend!
