Was sold a vehicle and GAP insurance along with it. When it came time to use the GAP insurance, I was told that it unfortunately did not even cover the vehicle. I'm not an expert, but I find it very dishonest that M&M would sell me a GAP policy that didn't even cover the vehicle I bought. It's a quick way for them to make an extra $1000 and the customer pays for it, unfortunately. Advice: get a GAP policy through your insurance company, not the stealership like I did. They definitely knew better, and should've been honest with me about the policy. I was told "you can drive off the lot, total the car today, and it would be replaced, no problem." That sounded great! But that did not happen, and I am now upside down on a $18,000 loan, with no vehicle. Thanks M&M.

Overall best buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! Truck I bought was exactly how it was described and more. Communication with me through out the day prior to my 4 hour trip and once I got there was out of this world. They followed through with their promises and treated me like family once I got there. Thank you guys! I recommend M&M investments to anyone that is looking for a nice used car or truck any day of the week!

M&M investment cars is an incredible dealership they respectfully work with the customers to meet their expectations, Jim and Eric were incredibly knowledgable and astute on the entire process and never once tried to convince me to buy anything outside of my financial range. They were very informative and Jim made they process of buying seem easier then buying groceries and Eric Made the paperwork process feel like a breeze. Thank you to both of them for an incredible auto purchase experience and there work is a astounding reflection of M&M investment cars customer experience values

What a good group of people that work there. First class operations and I would highly recommend them to anybody!!! Very accommodating to my family needs! Example, my wife and I Have five kids, and she works full time as well as I do, they let me take the vehicles to my wife work about 20 miles away so she could test drive it, and I returned it after they were closed. Bought it with no problems at all! Just some really good people there!

They are very slow on sending important documents and the vehicle we bought started having issues after a few days of use.

I just purchased a car for my son as a graduation gift here because I have purchased here in the past and had a good experience. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed but they came through as promised. Everyone there is very polite and most of all professional, definitely exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making another easy no hassle business transaction once again. I will be coming back in the future to do business here along with referring any friends and family.

I had a great experience with Haitham, ended up buying a 2013 Ram 3500 Laramie with all the options we were looking for. 2 hours after purchase I experienced a death wobble and Haitham had me into a front end shop that afternoon to fix it and they covered the cost despite me turning down the extended warranty. The track bar, steering dampener, and tie rod connection bolts were all loose and I didn't notice it on the test drive, luckily the parts were all still good and just needed to be tightened. Bottom line, we will be coming back for the superior customer service for any other car buying needs.

I posted an initial good review but after having said car checked out. There were problems with the computer system. I have had additional multiple problems with this vehicle since. I do not recommend this dealership. This car has been the worst vehicle I have ever owned. Update on vehicle. Vehicle broke down 2 weeks ago. Going to be a whole engine teardown for a leak down test. Don't buy from this dealership!!!! Edit!!! This dealership sold me a car with a blown head gasket!!! This car is now broke down with needing engine repair. Thus the reason for it overheating the day after I bought it!!!
