Why would anyone want to work with an agent that responds to some one, on their team, curious about learning with " who cares??" You have to decide for yourself... I guess!

Shopped around and asked for quotes from several insurance companies. Found a different company with better rates. Brittany called me during work hours when I wasn’t able to talk 6 times and their office sent 6 emails. Every other company took the hint. I even received a call 2 days after replying to one of their emails asking not to be contacted anymore.

I received IMMEDIATE response from Megan who took all of my information and worked with my crazy schedule to ensure I was quote the best policy! I was very pleased with my new policy offer as my current insurance policy was a bit ridiculous with the deductibles. I was very warmly welcomed to the State Farm family and would absolutely suggest others reach out to see what they can do for you!

Megan was so very helpful and courteous. She saved me quite a bit on my insurance and did it in lightning quick fashion all the while increasing my coverage at a lower cost than my previous insurance company and explaining everything to me so that I understood all the numbers. I personally worked with a lovely lady named Kelsey, she was a rockstar! I recently switched policies looking to get better coverage at a better price point and was able to do just that. The service was amazing and I cannot recommend Luke Ganzar State Farm Insurance Company enough.

negative interaction with Kelsey - I have excellent credit and driving record, and she couldn't explain extremely high rates, she didn't ask to bundle and see if it lowered rate, and cut off call when I was confirming the amount for my notes. Also was gving me her pitch to lower deductibles before any quotes or decisions, which would have raised the rate, and interrupted me a lot. I would NOT recommend working with her.
