The store experience was fine, I just cannot recommend anyone get a sofa from this company, especially the ones with speakers built in. They don't offer service for the speakers and when they stop working like mine did within a year of purchase you are completely on your own in terms of fixing it.

I have been stalking the sactionals for a really long time, but decided to go ahead and take the leap. I went to the Washington Square location and found it to be a great experience. The sales people were pleasant and very knowledgeable. The were patient with me - I asked a lot of questions and went back and forth on which financing option I was going to work with. So far my experience has been great!!!

We were asking about getting additional filling for 2 sacs we bought. The manager told us when we bought that we could just call and they would ship a bag of filling to us. When my wife called the manager was argumentative and rude. She wanted us to prove we needed additional foam by opening up the sacs and showing (with pictures) how much foam was in each sac. It was an unbelievably low quality and antagonistic customer experience considering the premium cost of their product. We had been thinking about buying their sectional couch. No way we would invest anything more with this company. Just sad.

The website has issues when trying to order so I called the store at Washington Square mall. Patty was a delight to work with-efficient and pleasant.

Don't expect any customer support if you come here. We visited on Saturday April 22nd after purchasing a lovesac online (1 week ago). We were hoping to switch out a single side/arm on our sactional which we were told required return of the entire module. Totally understandable.What wasn't okay was the manager seemed to make every part of our request feel like a huge hassle. Not only was she unpleasant, she was condescending as if we were supposed to understand their business model, and ultimately sent Fedex to the wrong address for pickup. It was a complete waste of our time and made more hassles for us after. I don't think we had a complex or unusual request. It really ruined our day and made us question if we should just return the entire sofa all together.

Lexi was extremely organized and helpful. When our order got complicated due to last minute additions, she stayed calm and completed the orders efficiently and correctly. We can’t wait for our sactional to show up at our second home in Bend!!
