We needed new tires for our Ram 3500 before my husband heads into the Frank Church wilderness on a hunting trip. He had his heart set on BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3, and our cousin recommended Lovely Tires due to his multiple past experiences with them. When we called we were told they'd pick them up the next day, and we could have them installed the morning after. The price was very fair, and we are so happy with the tires. Bring on the Idaho wilderness!

Needed Four new Tires and Lovely Tire was recommended by a close friend. Went over,introduced myself to John.Super chill vibe.Checked out my car.Gave me a great rate and a time and date to get them replaced. Showed up and both Mechanics had me in and out in 30 mins and respected the quote I was given.These guys are professional and take care of you.

I Had a flat tire and stopped by for them to pull the nail out and repair it by the guy. He was super rude and said I have to wait 5 hours!! Idk how they have good rating they must've purchased it... smh

Not sure how this place has so many positive reviews. Rude, dismissive and condescending customer service from the start. They acted like we were a massive inconvenience at every interaction. Not to mention we had to take our car back twice to get the tires rebalanced and that still didn’t fix the steering wheel shaking. Had to take our car to another tire shop, and the guy there was surprised that there were no weights on the wheels to balance the tires. Meaning Lovely gave us the runaround each time we took the car back to have it “fixed” and didn’t do a thing. Avoid at all costs.
