Got approved for a truck gonna go sign the paperwork through my credit union and the dealer calls me back and tells me another dealer sold the truck so there’s no loyalty. Your trucks not guaranteed to me that just seems like you can’t trust these people.

Wish I had listened to the other reviews. Found out the 20k jeep I bought had a blown head gasket concealed with stop leak

I purchased a 2016 Ford Expedition from Lot 99 about a month ago. I've called multiple times to get them to mail the title so I can get a tag and they still wont answer if its been mailed, actually one time referenced that Oregon state law doesnt require mailing for 30 days.
In addition, the SUV had the wrong tires on it, passenger tires, instead of LT tires. The AC wasnt blowing cold so they "graciously" recharged it only to have it fail again after a couple of weeks. The issue? Someone JB welded and put clamps on an AC line which voids the warranty I purchased. And after driving a few hours, an ignition coil went out so one cylinder didnt fire.
I must have frustrated the salesman while I was trying to buy a car because he disappeared in the middle of signing the contract.
I'm not saying dont buy here, but certainly dont trust anyone who is saying they will "take care of you" because that certainly wasnt my experience.

Absolutely a garbage dealership and employees. Sale a lemon pick up truck, that they themselves don't know what is wrong. They are not to be trusted do not buy from this lemon saler as even less Schwab makes jokes about them.. can't even get money back, this place should be shut down.

The worst place to buy a car!
Definitely don't buy here, they make the cars look nice on the outside but mechanically they are horrible.
I recently bought a car from them and it broke down after 3 days. I have spent almost $5000 on repairs, and the only thing they told me was that it had never happened to them before, and what a coincidence that most of the reviews are negative. Too bad I didn't check before!
But if you plan to buy from them, DON'T DO IT!

No pressure sale, huge inventory. Logan and everyone there made this major moment in our lives so easy. Thanks again

Lot 99 is an Internet scam that needs to be investigated and people sent to prison for interstate fraud.

I've been on the hunt for an affordable vehicle and visited quite a few places before I finally found Lot99. I was really pleased with how smooth everything went! After taking a look at their inventory a couple of days earlier, I shared the car I was interested in. We met Glenn and the team who were just wonderful—so friendly and professional! The whole experience was quick and effortless. I definitely recommend checking them out if you're in the market for a vehicle! A big thank you to Glenn for making the transaction so easy!

Hard to believe it went this wrong.
Called on Thursday and spoke to Logan. Asked to see a Tundra and gave the stock number. Logan asks when I'll be down and I say an hour. He says "Great, I'll have the keys in my pocket!" Sounds great.
I show up and he asks me again what vehicle I was there for (so he lied earlier about getting the keys) and I tell him the white Tundra. We go outside, finds a white Tundra, checks the VIN and goes to get the keys. It's stuck behind 2 other cars, wish he'd looked at that an hour ago. 15 minutes later I'm taking it for a test drive. I return and we talk price, which doesn't match my ad. Turns out he gave me the wrong white Tundra to test drive, and blamed me for providing the wrong stock number (I had a screenshot of the website, no way for me to know any other number). We find the correct truck and it's brick stacked in the side lot. I tell him I'll be back in town Monday and he says "I'll have it dug out by then." I tell him I'll be back at 10AM. He says he'll see me then.
10:00 Monday rolls around and I arrive to find that Logan isn't there. Raymand takes my stock number and looks for the truck. I show him to where it's at, still brick stacked in the side lot. So they start moving cars. But they're lazy and don't want to move the 3 cars needed so 4 employees are now trying to marshal a Tundra out in a game of reverse Tetris. 10 minutes in I start SnapChatting the ordeal live to some friends. This is ridiculous and my friends are all laughing at my misfortune. 15 minutes in they hit another truck with the truck I'm wanting to purchase. Photo added to this review. They FINALLY move 2 other vehicles and safely* pull the truck out. It's now 10:30.
Meanwhile, I've been looking all over this truck including underneath and noticed the frame was painted. I looked under two other vehicles and noticed their frames were similarly painted. There's significant rust on the hub of the spare tire. I bring this up at the end of the test drive and Raymond tells me they didn't do it and can't control what previous owners do. Fair. But remember, two other vehicles were similarly painted. That's quite the coincidence.
I ask Raymond to pull the CarFax so I can see where the vehicle was previously registered and he tells me I can do it online. Twice. "We don't hide anything, it's all there for you to see." Great! Show me. Why are you making the customer do the work instead of providing a customer service? Sure enough, truck came from a location that heavily salts their roads.
Raymond won't let me go without convincing me to have my mobile mechanic come down and look at the truck (we all have mobile mechanics on speed dial, don't we?) and so I called my girlfriend and left a message to call me back about a truck.
Needless to say, this was an absolute waste of my time.

WOULD BE 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. Literally the worst car dealership I’ve ever worked with.
I used to sell cars, I’ve been in sales for over 10 years, and customer service for 15. Rob the salesman, was great UNTIL he made the sale - once the sale went through on his end; I’ve only been able to speak with 2x and all of the follow ups and timeframe agreements completely went out the window. Purchased on 5/25; they held my vehicle for 30 days promising a repair. I didn’t get my vehicle until 31 days - 1 day past our contract (because they didn’t order the needed parts until 12 days after the sale). I bought a plane ticket and FLEW up to Portland based on the timeframe they provided to get the truck and they weren’t ready. Had to fly up the following weekend (again) to finally get the truck. We tried calling Salem to determine the timing of the plates they said we had to call the dealership. NOW, my temp trip permit expired - the dealership is stating DEQ wasn’t done in a “timely manner,” (even though we brought it to DEQ the same day we took possession of the vehicle on 6/26.) so they returned our registration fees but didn’t tell us we had to get our own plates. Now I have to chase down my own license plates because my temp trip permit expired and they didn’t tell us that they weren’t going to do the registration.

Buyer beware!
I purchased a truck and they told me they'd replace the muffler after purchase. After a week my salesperson Logan calls me and says the order was placed, it would take a week to arrive, and they'd call me to schedule the repair. It took 3 months for them to actually do it. I reached out to Logan on 8 separate occasions inquiring on what was happening: 6 texts, 1 phone call, and 1 email. Sometimes he just responded with "I'll check", and other times he just ignored me. They also gave me a 3-week trip permit, which expired because they did their DMV paperwork wrong. It had to be mailed back to them, corrected, and sent to the DMV again. The DMV told me Lot 99 routinely does their paperwork incorrectly. I drove around for 3 weeks with an expired trip permit, no tags, no plates! The inquiries about the paperwork were ignored too. Logan is a total POS, and I felt like he just kept lying to me to get rid of me. When Logan finally reaches out to schedule the repair, he tells me they've had my muffler for a while, and that they tried calling several times over a week and I never answered. I asked when the calls were made, what number they dialed, why didn't they leave a voicemail, and why they didn't tell me they had it after one of my multiple inquiries? He ignored me and I never got my answers. Such an awful experience. Lot 99 sucks and Logan sucks even more. Never again!

terrible service, not shocked though all you have to do is look at the reviews to see what you’re working with here. reached out numerous times regarding a vehicle asking very standard questions. getting answers even the day of, on the days they’re open and during open hours is so difficult the phrase “like pulling teeth” would be an understatement not to mention after a day or two of asking standard questions, I just never got a response after following up numerous times. as a sales advisor at another dealership I’d be ashamed and appalled by myself if I had a guest reach out numerous times expressing serious interest, answering back to me in a timely manner ready to buy a car and I hung them out to dry. honestly glad it sold so this business doesn’t get my money, however god bless the poor soul that paid 1500 over market value. dealerships like this are the reason we as “car salesmen” get bad reps. steer clear.

Woulda gave negative stars. Ended up making a deal to have some things fixed b4 purchase. Gave a good faith 1000 dollar non refundable desposit. Tried reaching out to salesman and no response. 2 weeks go by and I finally call the manager who to my deposit and shook my hand on the deal. Guy who answered the phone said neither of those 2 guys work there anymore. He was unaware of which car I was talking about. Said he would look into it and call me back. Except. He never got my name or number and never called back. Im clueless as to how they can still be in buisness with that kind of customer service. All the while the car I put non-refundable deposit on says its sold now.
