I can't say enough about the care we received at Lot 74. We were in a bad situation, and Maria was incredible. I never felt pressured to buy anything, but they held onto a great vehicle for us. We purchased a 2006 Toyota Avalon that looked and sounded great, but you never know. We had it checked out today, and the mechanic was really impressed! I live across the country from my daughter and I worry about her car. I won't have to worry now. Also, Maria helped us figure out some other things financially so that my daughter is in a good place. I highly recommend Lot 74!

Buyer beware. Went to look a a car that was listed as $2995 with 123,000 miles. It was actually $3495 with 145,000. Asked to see the CarFax and Maria went inside for a long time and came out of the door several times then stated she couldn't get it. Very sketchy place to buy from!

Very nice people. Couldn't get the personal loan I wanted, through my bank. May go back and try to let you them do the finance work. The car is still there. ? Maybe a car loan wouldn't be so bad after all. Just hate full coverage insurance.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Caller she was very disrespectful for a simple question and decided to interrupt me many times and then decided to hang up. No way am I the type of person to cause problems, so she has no reason to be a c*nt ?♀️ Won’t be having my service here. Shame

I bought my 2007 Honda Civic from Will 2yrs ago..I've driven to LA and back , I've never had any issues the only money I've put in to my car (knock on wood) lolIs 100bucks for an oil change..I'm getting ready to buy a second vehicle and headed back there... In checking their website I realized I never rated them after I bought my Honda... Thank you Tina Stewart

Purchased a used car from Maria at Lot74, and she ensured me it had already passed DEQ. This was a selling point for me to avoid the DEQ lines and time, plus no concerns of failing DEQ, so I paid more for the car than I wanted with this assurance. But after having the car a few days she called me and said "Sorry, I was wrong, it had not yet gone thru DEQ." Now I had to take the time and money to take to DEQ. It passed, so OK. Then I waited for license plates. Purchased car in Nov 2021 and as of mid-Feb 2022 still waiting. I call and asked Maria for updates, there's always a new excuse. She promises to call me back and does not. Ridiculous and frustrating!

This place will lie to you, even when the truth would be the better option. They have Zero customer service skills. They want to sell you & get rid of you as fast as they can.
