These guys are THE BEST. I work for a doctor's office and whenever any of our providers order a compounded medication, we always use Lloyd Central Compounding Pharmacy. Their customer service is top notch, both to our patients, and when we have to call in prescriptions. If I ever need a compounded Rx, I know where I will fill it!

Called to pay for a special script my caregiver called in. Due to difficulties and extended timelines with delivery within the state, my caregiver had instructed the pharmacist at the time the script was called in to please note all of her clients accounts as needing options on delivery services, as the standard delivery was not timely anymore.When I called, I spoke with Dillon. Dillon was an effeminate man who gave me one option, the standard one that hadn’t been working well. When I asked for other options, he put me on hold and came back with one option at a time (placing me on hold for five minutes each time ) starting with the most expensive - overnight delivery at $90. Then another service, delivering in an unknown timeframe for 60.When I asked, my next question, he guessed at two prices, unwilling to get the actual details.We got through three options between two services. The cost and timing options were unclear. he kept reminding me “we really don’t use those services”, whatever that means.After repeatedly, asking Dillon for more options, and wading patiently through his increasing frustration and annoyance with my inquiry, he finally Informed me that it would take a long time on hold and (thankfully) he turned the call over to another service tech, Mitch.What a difference. Mitch was patient and professional gentleman , and within a few minutes, I had several options. After a short time, we settled on 2 day air from FedEx for $16.My package arrived the next AM.What an extreme difference between the two service personnel. Makes you wonder about the whole inclusion movement as the first respondent never should have been allowed to talk on the phone to customers. He lacks the skill and patience to respond completely, and professionally, without becoming annoyed and people who are trying to spend money with his company, and receive their medication’s in a timely and cost-effective manner.Unfortunately, this movement results in the hiring of a blend of people, not all of whom deserve the position based on merit and capability.Called back after I received my medication so quickly to say thank you and let them know how great the new delivery service was, and how reasonable.Asked for Mitch, who was unavailable so I was forced to deal with another representative. I gave him all the details and said, thank you but he didn’t seem to care.Good group overall with some areas in need of training and improvement to be better.

The staff here are all very professional, kind and helpful. Response times are very quick. I would recommend this compounding pharmacy.

I'd suggest going elsewhere if you want a pharmacy who really cares about their patients! Read on... I was thinking of switching my dogs meds over to this pharmacy, as they are located right up the street from me. They, however, just lost my business. My vet sent a prescription for my dog that she needs by this weekend. When I called, they hadn't even looked at it (and had hours to do so) and Dylan told me that their pharmacists go home at 5pm...although they are opened until 7pm. I asked for special consideration and he then said he'll put it on the list to be filled sometime next week. C'ya business with an eye only on the bottom line!

The staff at Lloyd Center Compounding Pharmacy are so helpful, personable and kind, even when I ask questions I'm sure they've answered a million times, they're patient and explain things really well. I also appreciate the fact that they reach out to my doctor and expedite the prescription refill process. I am so thankful for the work they do, and the timeliness of everything. Awesome service and just lovely people.

I was leaving on a trip and realized I needed a refill for a compound prescription, which had to be mailed to me, and I had two days to make it happen! Yikes! I called, communicated the urgency. To complicate the situation the pharmacy needed Dr's permission to refill and I live on the other side of town so mail can take one or two days. One technician called me back to confirm what was needed and when. Later the same day a second technician called to let me know the order was approved and in the mail that day! I received my prescription the very next day!! Wow!!! This prescription was filled in an amazing turn around time and with outstanding customer service! Thank you Lloyd Central Compounding Pharmacy!

The technicians and pharmacists at this compounding lab go above and beyond! Knowledgeable and friendly, very easy to give them a 5 star rating. I have been going here for several years, they are the best!

I've been using Lloyd Ctr Pharmacy for decades. Any time I contemplate moving out of Oregon, I think 'how do I replace them?'Quality is highest of standards ... afterall, I do trust them with my physical well-being! They are very organized, extremely knowledgeable & helpful.

The feminine sounding guy is incredibly rude, discourteous, unprofessional, and a lacking grasp of any form of respect for Customers. Leave your personal problems at home!!! And another female employee was rude. Amanda is very nice. Customers pay their Salary and keep the doors open. I spend a lot of money with them. Not anymore. They have lost my Business. My Doctor is no longer using them either.

I've only recently been using prescribed compounded medication in the past few months but I MUST give LCRX a MAJOR shout out! Not only is the staff exceptionally efficient and courteous, the pharmacist took great pains to explicitly educate me on my prescription in addition to pointing me in the direction of other relevant resources. Just yesterday, I noticed I forgot to refill my prescription and not only was I able to call it in but it came in the mail today! I'm unbelievably pleased with their competence and level of customer service and will happily recommend them to friends and family if they are ever in need of specialized medicine.
