I am not normally one to give reviews on anything but I feel like this is something that can someone. I bought my car back in December on 2022. I let it be known that I very much want a vehicle that works and will not break down right away. They sold me a jeep which I loved and I get home and was so in love with it a few days go by and I take the car back to Portland and the car breaks down right away I call the dealership and let them know that I was told about how I had a week to give the car back they told me that they cannot take it back if it's not working and was turned away now I am struggling trying to keep this car working and I called many times seeing what I could do how they can help because I was sold a faulty vehicle and got nothing from them I spoke to 2 different managers and they gave so much attitude.

I had an awesome experience at this dealership/location. The staff went above and beyond to help me choose the right vehicle for the right price. Natalia to work around tough situations and very honest. They have definitely earned my business. I highly recommend this location!

We love our new (to us) grand Cherokee! Got a great deal and Leo explained to us how the process here works so we knew we were getting the best price up front! No haggling and no spending an entire day at the dealership. Win win for everyone I think!

Sweet dealership. Nice furniture. Easy process. Leo and Peyton were great. We got the best deal in town with no negotiating. Who would’ve thought last two dealerships I went to were nightmares

Nightmare experience. There's no accountability, communication, and responsibility between this dealership and Driveway.com. I bought my car from Driveway.com and picked it up at this location in August. The first bad thing was being on hold for 15 minutes trying to confirm what my cashier's checked needed to be. Then, when I get to the dealership, Nicole Bramlett didn't have my paperwork ready, so that took about 45 minutes. She then screwed up my auto loan by submitting a loan of $7000 when the minimum is $7500 because I was able to save money on DMV fees; she should've issued a refund. Two weeks later, I get a call stating my bank rejected the auto loan because it's below the minimum, so the entire contract had to be redone. It then took about 6 weeks for Skylar Hibsch to get my refund on the DMV fees. Now onto warranty work. Joshua Steinbichler is by far the worst employee I've dealt with. He has ghosted me and doesn't want to help. Overall, I've spent about 6 weeks trying to get warranty work done under Driveway's 60-day warranty. One of the claims were approved on Nov 3, so I scheduled service at Sunwest Mazda. He then texts me two days ago saying the dealership sold out, and I had to find another Lithia dealership to have this claim processed, and to let them know it's authorized. So I call a Lithia dealership in Eugene and they have no record of this. Joshua didn't respond to any of my texts or phone calls, so I got ahold of Jimmy Schaberg, Fixed Operations Manager. He told me everything should be good when I take my car to Sunwest Mazda on Nov 16. When I get to Sunwest today, the first thing they tell me is they don't have authorization to perform work under warranty. I then call Jimmy, Joshua, and Driveway.com, and all they did was transfer my claim to a different dealership. This was embarrassing at the dealership, and made me more frustrated.I will never buy a car from Lithia, Driveway.com, or anything affiliated. This has been a nightmare experience after buying a car I wanted so bad.

Had a fantastic, seamless experience with Chris James in Sales on a new Wrangler purchase. He was helpful, attentive and had impeccable communication before, during and after our purchase. Would highly recommend Chris as well as Connor in Finance.

⭐⭐⭐⭐My experience at Driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Portland was overall very positive. Michael, the salesman, provided exceptional customer service. Unlike many other dealerships, he wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell unnecessary add-on services. They also worked with me on my trade-in matching another dealers offer, and the purchase of my new 2024 Jeep Wrangler, making the process smooth and straightforward. The only downside was the extended wait time with the finance guy when signing all the paperwork. Despite that, I'm satisfied with my new Jeep and the service I received.

We are very grateful with Joe! His customer service won us over 3 weeks prior to making the purchase when we came to look at our new CX5.We didn’t feel him forcing us or being too pushy, but instead was very kind, patient and helpfulHe is the prime example of a great and kind salesman!!We’re also very glad that we met Brayden and Nicki!

My partner and I came into Driveway as a matter of covering our basis and even though the car they had was a bit more money, the atmosphere and the quality of the car was miles better. Thanks to David for showing us what the other dealer tried to not disclose! I've never trusted a car salesman until today.

Terrible service department never phone never have loaners don't know what they are doing at the location or any Lithia location they all are terrible customer service they don't even know how to do their own jobs. They don't know what's going on for the day they don't know who's car is where they don't know how to fix the air conditioner within a couple weeks. Try for five months again you can't even get in there for a freaking simple oil change that you are told you or not gonna have any issues with when you buy the freaking car from Lithia. It's supposed to be hassle free with the oil change and get him to see them they're all nice and butter you up until you buy the car from them then you get no service at all Make it difficult even to get a freaking oil change at the two locations in the Portland metropolitan area driveway Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram in Oregon city Subaru do not shop Lithia do yourself a favor. Do not shop at a lithia or driveway dealership do yourself a huge favor

Order: Routine Oil Change (free) and Cabin Air filter change ($85)Pros: the place is super clean and smells really really good for starters. The inside area is really nice and updated in comparison to other dealerships I have been too. The people were very friendly, which is a huge plus. Only took an hour, which was a huge huge plus.Cons: I arrive and there was literally no one in the service area to check me in. I eventually found someone by walking around but again all of the offices were open yet no one was present.

I was initially upset with having to deal with my car issues, but I have been in contact with Scott the service tech and Jimmy the service department manager and both have gone above and beyond to take care of me. They were very accommodating, understanding, patient, and mostly just really nice, decent guys. They got me all squared away. And I'm even going to bring my other vehicle in for service!

Driveway Jeep straight up lied and tried to steal from me. I took my grand Cherokee in for a routine oil change and service (included in the lease). At pickup, service guy tells me the brake pads are at 2mm and need to be replaced asap. The car has 18,000 miles. You know how hard you hafta drive a car to wear brakes down that far in 18k miles? Anyway. I tell him that seems early and ask how much to replace the pads. He quotes me $800 in labor and $200 in parts! To replace four brake pads.I took it to my Toyota mechanic and he laughed at the price. All 4 pads measured at 6mm. He quoted me $250 to replace the pads and that the ones I've got are good for at least another year or two. If you're gonna rip me off at least make up a story about some component deep in the guts of the car... but brakes? Anyway, I wouldn't let this service department anywhere near your car for obvious reasons. But also, what a lazy, half-ass, unimaginative scam. Take your business elsewhere. These guys don't need your money, they are doing just fine ripping unsuspecting customers off.
