I spoke with Cody Noonon this morning who helped me with syncing Setmore / Google / Clio. I was really dreading the call and trying to figure this out as I had heard nightmares about doing this the first time around by co-workers – I was very pleasantly surprised with how well Cody talked me through the issue with patience and at how quickly the whole process went! He was very thorough and made sure he had taken care of all my questions before hanging up. Thank you!!

I echo a lot of the sentiments already expressed. Many times it seemed that agents continued to answer and use time paid for on calls that I asked they shorten given that they were repeat calls from the same client, agents did not take messages where appropriate and did not route calls as asked. Lex Reception took the approach that it was unfortunate and that a refund could not be issued until my account had fully cancelled (takes a full month to do so apparently). I was charged double most months as the mistakes of agents racked up my expected fee.

I was referred to Manni after voicing frustration with another answering service to a colleague. Manni is responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I consider myself fortunate to have her manage my account. She understands the needs of law firms and is able to provide many options to handle calls, whether cold sales calls or an urgent call from a court. My experience with LEX has been superior. The features of the plans, cost, and free add-ons like calendaring means LEX is offering me more for less. With the option to share your contacts list with LEX, they are able to identify familiar callers and avoid the same generic (name, number, email, reason for call, etc.) and gives clients and other caller a sense of familiarity.Since first setting up my account I interacted with client services (Krystal) to make changes to how calls are handled - again, I experienced top-notch service.Switching my call answering needs to LEX was a no-brainer.

Lawyers beware! I had been a "valued" LexReception customer for years. But then LexReception drastically increased their prices and service quality dropped. After a lot of back-and-forth, LexReception agreed to honor our original rate. But then not long after, LexReception not only changed our rate but our plan as well without any notice whatsoever. Luckily, my office manager caught the upcoming charge and the tons of overage fees that were due to us not being given notice of the rate or plan change. This is not an honest company. This is not the company you want as the face of your business if you value your firm's image. This is not the company you want if you need detailed messages. In short, this is not the company that will value you as a customer.

I've used many call service agency and Lex is hands down the best in class for professional services. I havent seen any other company that offers Lex's level of technology integration, 24/7 availability, consistency, and competitive pricing. I'm an power hubspot user and have such a tight integration with lex and hubspot. My clients really feel like we have an in-house front desk!
