Avoid shopping here. They won’t take returns in store even on defective items and things are $30-40 cheaper online.

Worst Levi’s I’ve ever been to. Customer service was terrible why are the changing rooms always closed? How am I supposed to know something fits if I can’t try it on. Don’t waste your time it may be a convient location but you’ll leave regretting the trip.

The whole point of shopping for jeans in person is so that you can try them on. We came in 40 minutes before close and they already closed their fitting rooms. Staff were rude and not a lot of size variety available to try on even if we could.

I was lied to when making a purchase at the store about the cost of alteration. When it came time for the alteration appointment, the jeans I purchased (under the agreement that they would be $62 with a free repair, which is what the employee suggested it would be) are now $112. No one at this store was sympathetic or helpful. I will be returning my purchases for a refund and saving myself $224. Won’t be coming back! :)

Staff that talked to us was great! Peyton does the tailoring, embroidery and all of the above and he was the nicest and coolest. Came in to get some jeans repaired. Clean store and we'll organized

Only go here if you’re looking for jeans. Almost zero selection of any other Levi’s products. Disappointed.

Sometimes they have good deals and nice clothes, but don't rely on their "tailoring" shop to be open or operational. I've visited 3+ times to try and get a pair of jeans repaired and every time have been turned away for various reasons. "Not taking repairs at this time (only buttons and patches"), "closing the tailoring shop and moving it to a different store," "you have to have an appointment (which is never mentioned anywhere or posted." To top it all off the security guard felt it was pertinent to eavesdrop on my conversation and tell me off for complaining about the situation to a friend.

Park at the strip mall a half-block west while you shop (by the liquor store). This store is one of the best reasons to go to that part of town, always carrying new stuff & usually discount garments.All I have between me & this cold, cold world is a layer of denim known as a pair of Levi's.

They are only letting 1 or 2 customers in at a time, so you wait outside. 8 customers walked away while I waited to get in, and I gave up after 1/2 hour. If you can't run a store, don't open.
