The staff work so slow. For a simple blood test we waited for 45 min.

I am notorious for having difficult veins to poke, and Elher was able to stick me first try! They were very kind, quick, and professional.

I took my neighbor who is elderly to pick up at the pharmacy located there on site and everything was very smooth and convenient for her they were very polite and were very prompt with providing her with her needs the only thing I would say needed a little bit of accommodating would be the parking situation it's kind of difficult to go in and out when the parking is not for parking it's actually just for dropping off other than that great service polite people took safety precautions and made her happy and we went home and no complaints.

Today I was treated somewhat like a second class citizen for not having an appointment. Have walked in a dozen times in the past without issue. Their policy must have quietly changed, though I saw nothing posted to that effect.

I've been here 5 or 6 times over the last six months and every time the service has been exceptional! The fastest, most painless blood draws I've ever had, and everyone who works here is so kind, patient, and friendly. Getting bloodwork is not on my list of favorite activities, but this is the best possible experience I could imagine. Thanks guys!

My doctor had to send orders for blood work here THREE times before this lab could find them. Each time I made an appointment and showed up, the employees were rude and apathetic, and made it seem like I was to blame for the missing orders.

Not always constant in level of service. The early morning crew is great. I've been their 20 times with no issues. The couple of times I've been in the afternoons are not good. They are busy and less then helpful. In my experience a the afternoon crew can be a time sink.

I delivered a refrigerated sample mid day to a busy lab. The sample taken was something we have done many times and we're aware of the importance of refrigeration. The sample was taken out of the bag it was kept in by the lab tech to view the date and time taken. She had me sign and sent me on my way. We normally get the results by end of day if not sooner. That evening at about 4-30-5:00pm we received a message expecting it to be the results instead it was the lab saying the sample was not kept cold and is no good. The sample was dropped off cold, when she shoot the container a bit it was solid and showed it had been kept cold. If the sample was not useable why did the not tell me immediately upon discovering this instead of waiting until the very end of the day. My concern is that the sample was mishandled and left out after I had dropped it off. If that is the case they then laid the blame on the patient instead of owning up to their mistake. A busy lab or not it is their job to handle all samples correctly. A mishandling of samples is unacceptable and can lead to medical mistakes in the patients treatment. While this lab is the closest to our home we will not be doing back to them and will drive further in hopes that further samples are processed or refrigerated immediately.

I have a pretty bad fear of needles. So I usually dread doing blood labs.

This review is for the breast center. Last week I had my annual mammogram at Legacy Imaging on Cedar Hills. I thought there was maybe something off on my right breast and I was worried. But they found " an area of concern" on the left breast, go figure, and called me the next day to schedule a second mammogram and an ultrasound at the breast center in the hospital downtown. Yay. So this morning I headed downtown at the buttcrack of dawn chauffeured by my kid's dad, because we help each other with medical emergencies. We got espresso and breakfast sandwiches on the way and pretended we weren't worried. We have spent a lot of time in hospitals in the last three years. Not our favorite. A couple years back see I had kidney cancer. And once you go through that, well...you just worry. The breast center is in building 2 on the lower level. It has its own parking garage. Get your validated ticket from the check in person at the clinic. The breast center's lobby is lovely. They have art, comfy seating, magazines, coffee, water, and a gift shop. I tried not to notice the beautiful head scarves in the gift shop. They have adorable stuffed animals too. If you are a patient here you get a nurse of your own who brings you a warm but ugly gown and shows you to a pretty changing room ( more art, comfy chairs, kleenex, magazines, room for your support person if you want). Then after you change she takes you and does your imaging. My nurse was friendly and gentle. She showed me back to my room where I waited for the also friendly and gentle ultrasound technician who took a zillion pictures/images of my breast. Then the efficient radiologist came in and did MORE ultrasound pictures and eventually told me " I see nothing that gets me excited. Come back next year." Oh thank GAWD. Then the very nice ultrasound tech showed me back to my little room where I may or may not have cried a little bit, got dressed, zipped out and grabbed my chauffeur and headed home. Get your mammogram like you are supposed to. Don't blow it off. Early detection is critical. I have lost family members to cancer because they put off their screenings, ignored things, didn't have consistent healthcare. I feel blessed I have (expensive) insurance through my employer. I will get my mammogram next year for sure.
