Not a store anymore. No way to talk to a person. Guess I’ll buy a gerber.

Sent in a leatherman wave for pliers repair, not only did the repair pliers but also cleaned tool, replaced a bunch of odds and ends that were worn out, sharpened all blades, sent it in maybe 3 weeks ago and just got it back today completely impressed by the amazing job they did (marked sentimental by calling them because i rushed through warrenty claim and was told i was smart for calling as they would have likely replaced tool instead) thought it would be gone for months so went and bought a surge and cant say enough about that tool either, but very impressed at the customer service as well couldn't ask for a better experience, needless to say I will be a customer for life

I remember meeting the owner long time ago. Nice and respectful guy, I just hope that he reads this and understands. My daughter worked with this company in portland. She loved it so much ❤️ she was very much happy 😊. Ofter she said she just needed a chair to set because of her been pregnant for the last 6 hours or as she wood need it. She's very disappointed 😞 and sad because they told her not go back because she's pregnant 😔. It was her first job but she just was doing her best to work with the company. I feel that she was discriminated because of her being pregnant. I told her as her mother that this is a big lesson for her to learn and keep walking.!!. But thanks !!.

Fraudsters
Had a wave for 20 years, and had to send it in for minor repairs.
Marked it as sentimental, and clearly stated what I wanted done.
The tool the returned is a mismatch of three generations of the wave and unacceptable.
I lived in Oregon until my early 20s, but life happens and I found myself living in Maine. It was nice carrying a piece of home with me, but now it is tainted. The tool that had been with me through everything, multiple cross country trips, pulling myself up from being homeless twice, the birth of my daughter, (who I’d dreamed of passing it down to), my divorce that left me with it and the clothes on my back, 5 jobs… is gone, stolen.
After numerous messages to support all they do is make excuses instead of solutions.
I urge you to look elsewhere if you want good customer service, as this once great company is gone, replaced with yet another useless company.

Sent in my Leatherman because pliers broke. They quickly repaired and sent back. Not only did they replace the entire pliers part, they replaced the blade and two bits that come with it. One was originally lost. Very happy with the tool I always carry it and it's proven useful and handy for all kinds of situations.

In 1988 (yes, more than 25 years ago) I bought a Leatherman Micra. I put it on my keyring. Over the years keys have come and gone, but the Micra remains clean and sharp. That is a long EDC history. This history puts my Micra as my oldest EDC with no competition even coming close.Thank you Leatherman! ?

He's not the same leatherman he used to be. The new prices are inversely proportional to the quality of the new tools. Worse materials, worse designs. I have the impression that someone in the company's management has come to the conclusion that continuing to produce durable tools is unprofitable

My first Leatherman model was the prototype PST. Owned it since 1985. Acquired it through Marlboro Miles program. I collected the miles tags to get it. I don't and didn't smoke, coworkers. I sent it in in 2010 for the replacement of the file. Leatherman sent me a 200 model because they said they misplaced my original tool. Lately, I tried to contact Leatherman about my Wave Tool's broken knife blade for a replacement. No response to see if I could order it to purchase it. Photo shows missing blade. I own the model 300 Leatherman also.
