“The machines are always clean and in great working order, likely due to the owner doing his own machine maintenance. Speaking of the owner, it doesn't matter what time of the day we are there, so is he. Cleaning, chatting with his customers, helping anyone that might need an extra quarter or laundry detergent or tending to his array of beautiful plants that are in the center of the laundromat on top of the rows of washers. The prices are fair, and if you see John standing in the corner looking for anything that might need fixing or a person to help, let him know he's appreciated! If I ever move out of this neighborhood and need a laundromat, I will most definitely come here. Knowing without a doubt my clothes will be clean when they come out of the washer is worth the trip, even if it's all the way across town!”

“One and a half weeks before my wedding I got my dress from the alteration shop I used (not Raleigh hills) and at first I thought it was ok but something kept bugging me so I put it back on at home and realized there was a ton of material left inside that was bunching and causing my hips to bulge out. I took it to Raleigh hills and they saved the day. They were able to alter and clean it within one week. I cannot thank them enough for the quick, excellent service and work they did. “Went there with a wool coat I needed dry cleaned, they gave me a very fair price and were super nice and friendly about everything. They made it super easy to understand what was going on, which was great as this was my first time getting something dry cleaned. I picked it up a week later and it was PERFECT. Gorgeously cleaned, nothing there that wasn't already there when I left the coat. 100% going to use them again, I am so so so happy with them.”

“Good overall. The Laundromat is large and well lit. There are a couple of drawbacks though. First, the parking availability is woefully inadequate. Second, they allow leashed dogs inside. It often times is busy just after opening and there is a rush to get get access to a machine. Often the employees doing wash service for customers are using a large proportion of available machines. Payment by either coin or card is accepted.”

“My cleaners of choice for comforters. I don't have a lot of clothes that need dry cleaning but my comforter and quilts are too big for my washer. I've been here three times and the service was stellar. Fast and very well priced. They take credit cards.”

“Great servicesI see that there's posts here from four and five years ago, where people had bad experiences.That was then, Not Now!!! This is one of the best laundry mats in the area they have a ton of new washers and a ton of new dryers. The place is absolutely clean. The people are super friendly and they speak English.This is a good place if you have to wash your clothes. I say bring them here. This place is great. I've been coming here for years and I never had a problem like these people talk about.”

“I had a small smudge on a suit jacket and called to see if they would be able to clean it in the next 24 hours. The gentleman on the phone was very friendly and told me they could likely dry clean it the same day. I dropped the jacket off and they were able to do a spot treatment rather than dry clean it, which saved time and money. The lady at the counter was very friendly, and the space looked clean and professional. I will be returning for sure.”

“We have been using ProCare Cleaners for the last 4 years. They recently moved to a new location on Terwilliger. This new locations is located next door to Tyron Creek Sports Bar. The ample parking makes it a bit easier to find parking. The service level provided here has always been of high quality and they truly take time to care for your clothing and other products. That explains why I continue to be a regular repeat customer. I value my clothing and want the best care and cleaning possible to ensure a long life of my clothes. They are quick to point out if there was a problem getting a spot out of your garment. While I often don't need a quick turnaround when dropping off my dry cleaning, when I have they are very accommodating in turning around a piece of clothing. The store is clean, the owner and team are friendly and professional. I highly recommend their services.”

“Have both coin/app (credit) run machines. Multiple washing sizes ($3.25 for a normal wash) dryers are $0.25 for 4 minutes with multiple heat settings. Detergent is available for $1.00, quarters only and there is 1 working coin machine. Highly recommend, I had a question and the man working was extremely kind and helpful. Will return.”

“Been going here since I moved to Portland. Reliable, reasonable price. Have never lost my garments. Make it a point to highlight any tough stains, like ink. The husband doesn't have much English and might seem gruff at first but he's actually quite nice. The wife is super nice.”

“Cheap compared to other laundromats around the area ($3-5 for a 30 minute wash - I used the small and medium washers), and less than $1 to start the dryer. They also have an app you can use that tells you when your laundry is done, but I used a debit card on the machine. I believe they also take quarters. Only downside is the vending machine ate a dollar bill.”

“I used to walk here once a week to do laundry when I lived in the area. A week of laundry would fit in a duffle bag. The owners also work here and maintain a nice atmosphere. Many laundromats don't have employees on site. I remember a guy yelling at me at a laundromat on Vermont St. in Southwest Portland because I took his clothes out of the washer after they were done. He said "my wife's unmentionables were in there" but he just mentioned them! I have enough money to buy a washer and dryer but I've lived in apartments that don't offer washer & dryer hookups most of my life.”

They have many washers with many different load size options and they're by far much more affordable than any other place I've tried and I've pretty much tried every laundromat in Portland! And they're conveniently located next to a well stocked little shopping mart witch helps kill the time between loads!”
“I’m about 2 months late leaving this review, but I wanted to make sure I got to it. First, a big thanks to Jason for his patience. When you are sensitive to fragrances, it’s hard to find a place to bring something like a big comforter. Mine would not fit in my washer. Jason assured me he has other customers like me and that he could wash it and it wouldn’t smell like detergent. I was skeptical, but sure enough when I picked it up the next day it did not smell like any detergent.If your primary problem is strong scented detergents, I’d say give this place a shot if you have something big that needs to be washed. Jason used 7th Generation unscented detergent for my comforter.It’s always a risk when you live with this problem, so even if it didn’t work out, I couldn’t blame it on Jason as he works hard to meet his customers needs. I hope this review is helpful to anyone in the same boat! Keep up the great work, Jason!”
