We brought our 2010 LR4 in for a recall fix. When it was returned to us, the gas tank only filled to 3/4 of a tank and then the check engine light turned on. My husband left out of town, but we brought our car back to the dealership as soon as he returned. They had dropped our gas tank to fix the recall, and we only drive on roads (no off-roading), and only in town...the service team says that our fuel level sensor is bent now. I don't see any way this happens on its own between the dealership and the gas station; they are the only people to have touched the fuel tank. We received a call back that the fix would cost us over $2000. We are picking up our LR4 damaged instead of fixed. It's unacceptable and we expect more from our Land Rover dealerships. We do not recommend taking your car here unless you want more problems created than fixed.

I had a great experience with Nate at Portland Range Rover! He was helpful and didn't waste my time at any point.
The cars features were meticulously explained and the purchase experience was so smooth .... never feeling ANY pressure just facts!
I will return again and again for the exceptional service and of course the unparalleled driving experience./

My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our first Land Rover, a Range Rover Velar at Land Rover of Portland. Nate was very knowledgeable about the history and the qualities that sets Land Rover apart and above others. Nate was efficient and timely with all our communications, making this one of the best car buying experiences. I could see us being return customers in the future.

Thank you to Nate and Land Rover Portland for the great experience in our most recent lease of a 2024 Defender! My wife and I appreciate the excellent customer service and competitive pricing with no hassle or haggle. Upon arrival, we entered a showroom floor that was nicely arranged with various models and options to explore. We were greeted promptly by Nate and felt welcome and cared for from the start. The documentation process was quick and efficient, and it was convenient to be offered a copy of all forms on a USB thumb drive versus paper. Nate was attentive and diligent throughout the sales process and delivered top notch service with a sense of humor that was greatly appreciated after a cross-country move. We're familiar with the Defender model from our previous lease, but Nate made sure we were aware of any differences and new options available prior to handing over the keys. He offered post-sale support before seeing us off and followed up as promised. My wife and I left confident in both Nate and Land Rover Portland and would recommend anyone in the market for a vehicle to consider this dealership for a positive buying/leasing experience!

If your Land Rover is over 10 years old, they will NOT service it. If you were in an accident they will NOT bill your insurance company, they will bill you directly. Expect to pay just shy of $5K for your 112K your maintenance service. It takes months to schedule a service appointment if you can get in. It took over a month to get my Rover back. The service rep ghosted my calls for over a week. How are they still in business?
