Tony Bennett was very friendly and personable. He was able to listen to our needs and direct us when needed. Offered advice as well as let us ponder. The store was beautiful with every option imaginable which included very reasonable pricing.

Just wanted to say how much we appreciated Mr. Bennett who helped us purchase new 4 new exterior lamps for our house and a pendant lamp for above our kitchen table today. Was a fantastic experience from beginning to end, his design expertise and product knowledge was extremely helpful. Will definitely be back for all our future lighting needs. I stopped by to exchange an exterior light at this lamps plus location and had the best customer service experience. Cassandra was so helpful and it was obvious she knew lighting. She called Chris Miller to come and weigh in on a technical question and he was able to resolve my issue by recommending a different product that would work better. Between these two associates, I felt like I got the type of customer service that is hard to see these days in retail. I ended up ordering some other items from the store and made sure to order from the store through these guys instead of online so I would get their 1 year warranty which they told me about. Overall, I highly recommend this store. You will be well taken care of!

Recently I was shopping for a chandelier at Lamps Plus. The sales associate Chris Miller, gave us exceptional service. He went above and beyond trying to resolve my lighting needs. When a part was missing from the lamp he mailed it out that very day. Chris carried the chandelier to my car with the best attitude and courtesy. His customer service attitude is remarkable. I would recommend shopping at the Beaverton Lamps Plus. A great experience thanks to Chris.
