I’ve had standing orders for several years Providence and Labcorp can’t seem to get orders for labs from 2 Providence Doctors to Labcorp.

I don't know who made the decision to out source the labs at Providence to these clowns. but they need to be fired this will cost patient lives.

Arrived early, followed all their scheduling and access procedures, was polite and cooperative. The tech assisting me with my urine testing was rude the entire time. Once I finished I asked for clarification on next steps to make sure I did everything right on my end, and she talked down to me like I had asked the dumbest question on earth. I already had to start this job 2 weeks late because there were no appointments available for several weeks when I first went online to schedule. I can't speak to the rest of the staff there, but I would recommend you find any other location if possible. Also the parking lot was full so I had to walk several blocks to get there.

Takes unnecessarily long to get ANY sort of assistance. People here had been waiting for over 2 hours. No appointments available online

Horrible, go somewhere else. Their hours are horrible, only.open M-F 8-4:30. If you work "normal" days/hours you'll have to take time off work. I went in for a blood draw for some labs. The blood draw itself was fine but they forgot to give me the rest kit to take home. I tried to go back during their business hours but a sign on the door said they were closed the rest of the week with no other explanation. I've heard other bad things about LabCorp in general. I'll never use them again.

I had a scheduled appointment for my son, I got him out of school for it. We arrived at the office and the office was closed. They did not notify us of the unscheduled office closure.

Absolutely disappointed in this location and their lack of communication with the corporation and website entity. The fact that the intake system was still allowing appointments and the office is literally not even open due to “circumstances outside of control” is appalling. Why would you only post something on your door, for people to see once they’ve already wasted their time getting to this location!?!
Clearly should have read reviews of how poorly run this location is before even considering trying to schedule for simple blood draw this week.
Don’t waste your time, gas or mental health - go somewhere else folks! Corporate clearly needs to help this location get it together and provide support!!

Positive experience, nice person doing the blood draw, out the door in less than 10 minutes after my appt. time. Blood draws these days anywhere you go need an appt., so make sure to do that.

I'm sorry but I cannot recommend this place. I've had probably a good 200+ vials of my blood taken in my lifetime and never had a problem til today. After the tech drew my blood I gushed blood right through my sweater. It did hurt while he was sticking me. To make things worse no public bathroom to rinse my poor arm off. Ruined my new sweater! The waiting room was very small and no masks provided. I didn't think any lab could be worse than Quest but I was wrong.

Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. I waited for 4 hours to get a drug test done. There were no appointments online. I’ve been in 3 times and it’s been a different lady working and only one person at a time. The last lady that was working was the rudest most uncaring human. She would come out into the waiting room announcing she was the only person working and when anyone would ask questions she would spout off in a rude demeanor with no compassion for anyone. It was clear she’s miserable and shouldn’t be working alone nor in the medical field. One time she came out with a blood vial in her hand telling us she shouldn’t even be in the waiting room… but she was. I witnessed a lady come in with a sample to drop off and when I ended up in the back there were multiple samples sitting on the counter. . . This place is terrible through and through.

Make a reservation online or be prepared to wait a couple hours. Labcorp must not read these reviews nor care about customer service. They are doing a disservice to their patients and staff by not revising or reassessing their staffing model. I went three different times on different days and their is no avoiding the wait. I believe they only have a max of 2 people working here but today only Georgie was working. One person doing it all! Super impressive! When I was seen, Georgie was helpful and had a great attitude despite having to deal with people's observed negative attitudes due to the wait. The 4 stars isn't for the location or Labcorp but for Georgie who stayed past her shift to help me out.

They have no way for me to email them something for a lab I have on my phone. Needed the requisition faxed. They have no one at the desk if you have a question or to see if they received the fax.

I have been here twice now and both experiences were very poor. I thought surely the second time would be better. I showed up for my 1030 appointment I had to wait. Even though I had an appointment, there were still 12 people ahead of me! Also only one lady working and doing everything! And I mean everything! Front desk, blood draws, drug screens, answering phones, helping with check ins. How dare they make her work by herself with that amount of volume! I’m so mad for her! Not to mention watching others in the lobby being rude to her about the wait time. If they can’t staff the facility, shut it down or get her some help. Clearly everyone was upset in the lobby. One guy ended up cancelling because the lady could not give a time frame for when he would be seen for his appointment. Not her fault! Don’t waste your time. What a joke. If they can’t take care of their employees then they can’t take care of their customers.

Man - I was NOT sure what to expect after reading these reviews. But I wanted to get some blood work done for my own curiosity and Labcorp makes it easy to order a la carte tests so I went for it. Are they understaffed? Yes. The woman who was running the front desk also drew my blood for example, and she was the only employee I saw the whole time I was there. I could see how, with potential walk-ins, she could easily become very overwhelmed (there were only about 5 of us waiting today). But she was super nice and seemed very competent. I didn't feel a thing when she drew my blood, and start to finish the actual draw was super fast; most of the time was me confirming my information. Schedule your tests online instead of walking in and you should be OK.
The building itself is, indeed, a bit crusty but it's nice enough. And there is ample parking, including bike parking.
