When it was busy each other person came in and out within ten mins. But when it was my turn I was alone. But the staff was too busy talking for ten mins. So I waited 15 mins total time there 30 mins. My partner was mad. I just wish there was more staff or less talking. But I wouldn’t come again. I came out and went to my parking spot. Someone said oh that was fast. Only took him 5 mins. Maybe they thought I was young and it was ok to talk for a bit around? Idk

The lab workers running this place today were very efficient. I showed up without an appointment like a jerk and saw a waiting room full of people, they still had me out of there in under and hour. Thank you.

I must’ve gotten lucky because I went during lunch time, checked in, and was seen in less than 10 minutes and out the door in less than 5 minutes.
I reschedule an appointment earlier by accident but had no issues doing a walk-in.

I can handle unfriendly staff and long waits, but I expect people to at least be professional. The lab techs are moving so fast it’s more hazardous than proficient. I’m a consistent blood and platelet donor. I have juicy veins right by the surface. Dude today managed to miss on the first arm. Now I’m bruised and swollen. Fine. That’s the first time in 40 years someone missed my vein, but fine. Things happen. Second arm he manages to draw blood. Ok. The site is immediately bruised worse than any blood draw on my life, swollen and deeply painful. But they got me in and out of the chair in literally less than 2 minutes despite sticking both arms and drawing 4 tubes of blood. I’m sure the rush had nothing to do with the results.

This was my first visit to Labcorp, and it was a very smooth, painless experience. The check-in process was easy, the receptionist was very personable, and the nurse was excellent. No pain, not even the slightest bruise from the blood draw. I was seen before my scheduled time, and the results came back the following day (a Saturday). An all around great experience.

I came to the lab many times before it switched to lab Corp and never had a problem. I can't even express the crapshow I walked into. Everyone was rude when I came to check in and gave no privacy for registration. GONE are the days when you could go to get medical procedures done without the entire lobby knowing your business. Let's not even talk about the wait times. When the work that needs to be done cannot be scheduled in advance.... your screwed.

I’ve had standing orders for several years Providence and Labcorp can’t seem to get orders for labs from 2 Providence Doctors to Labcorp.

I don't know who made the decision to out source the labs at Providence to these clowns. but they need to be fired this will cost patient lives.

Arrived early, followed all their scheduling and access procedures, was polite and cooperative. The tech assisting me with my urine testing was rude the entire time. Once I finished I asked for clarification on next steps to make sure I did everything right on my end, and she talked down to me like I had asked the dumbest question on earth. I already had to start this job 2 weeks late because there were no appointments available for several weeks when I first went online to schedule. I can't speak to the rest of the staff there, but I would recommend you find any other location if possible. Also the parking lot was full so I had to walk several blocks to get there.

Takes unnecessarily long to get ANY sort of assistance. People here had been waiting for over 2 hours. No appointments available online

Horrible, go somewhere else. Their hours are horrible, only.open M-F 8-4:30. If you work "normal" days/hours you'll have to take time off work. I went in for a blood draw for some labs. The blood draw itself was fine but they forgot to give me the rest kit to take home. I tried to go back during their business hours but a sign on the door said they were closed the rest of the week with no other explanation. I've heard other bad things about LabCorp in general. I'll never use them again.

I had a scheduled appointment for my son, I got him out of school for it. We arrived at the office and the office was closed. They did not notify us of the unscheduled office closure.

Absolutely disappointed in this location and their lack of communication with the corporation and website entity. The fact that the intake system was still allowing appointments and the office is literally not even open due to “circumstances outside of control” is appalling. Why would you only post something on your door, for people to see once they’ve already wasted their time getting to this location!?!
Clearly should have read reviews of how poorly run this location is before even considering trying to schedule for simple blood draw this week.
Don’t waste your time, gas or mental health - go somewhere else folks! Corporate clearly needs to help this location get it together and provide support!!
