Had a lab draw today. We waited 3 hours, diabetics were complaining of blood sugar drops due to the wait which for some was beyond our 3 hour wait. One woman had her husband drop her off, he went to OHSU for his lab draws and came back with a 2 hour wait afterwards. The worst part was the young woman who drew my blood. She wore no gloves, sprayed blood all over me and had her mask down around her chin. The lab area had garbage in corners and the staff was openly complaining about the people waiting. This was one of the worst experiences I have had with lab draws. I used to think Providence, St. Vincent Medical Center was a good hospital. Not so sure of it now.

My appointment was for 4:30 pm. They sent me an email notifying me that if I was 15 minutes late, I would be treated as a walk-in patient. What they didn't tell me was that they closed at 4:30 pm, so when I got there, the doors were locked and no one would answer. I drove an hour and 45 minutes round-trip to get there in rush-hour traffic. Who does business that way?!

Conveniently located. I always use this location for labs for my employer health program. Friendly staff. Need your driver license to check in.

This is an example of the downgrading of health services for profit. When it was a Providence lab it was much more patient focused with shorter wait times and better management. Now it is like a socialized medical clinic in Canada with lines out the door and very long wait time in a crowded, poorly equipped waiting room. Not enough chairs and no person at a front desk to ask questions. Just a computer terminal to check yourself in on. Pathetic. Mother Joseph, the founder of Providence Hospitals would be ashamed to see what has happened to the service delivery that she and the Sisters spirited into the Providence Health System.

I called the location to set up an appointment and I never received a call back. I left my name, phone number, and the assigned account reference from my employer. After leaving two messages I decided to go in person instead. The person at the front desk stated they received no messages and assumed I called the wrong number. I immediately told them they were wrong and was allowed to attend the appointment on the account I told them I was an employee of Labcrop. Don't let them gas light you.

I work for a 3rd party company mobile phlebotomist. There is only 2 sites available in Oregon to drop of samples. One being off of Hancock rd and other being this location. The last couple days barns rd lab is the only lab open. So I have to drive an extra hour to do drop offs. The other location just has a note on the door that says sorry closed go to the barns road location. There were 4+ outside confused because they had appointments and weren’t notified and not happy. Is there any labs open for patient walk-in? And is there any other location to drop samples. I’ve called the lab 3x and haven’t got a person to talk to. Just frustrated for myself and the patients that are upset and confused.

I had an easy experience here. I needed routine lab work done and I was able to walk in when they opened and was seen quickly. Everyone was pleasant and it was a good experience! I was dreading going in because of all the negative reviews but I had a great experience.

I don't understand all the -ve reviews. Staff were prompt & friendly and service was exemplary today. Thanks Jenna (you deserve a raise IMHO :)). In and out in 5 minutes, including check-in.

I have come to this place for routine lab work for years and the quality of service is def going downhill. It stated in my paper that no appointments required and when I got there they said I needed to make an appointment. The ironic part was the place was completely empty when I walked in 40min before closing time and all 3 workers were standing there chatting and 2 of them quickly left so the receptionist could tell me they had other work to be done. What a joke and terrible customer service when it’s actually empty and you wouldn’t accommodate!

They have a policy in place that does not allow for walk-ins after lunch. I was not informed at this when I called. It would have been nice to know this before I drove all the way to get here.

I was trying to get some routine labs done and when I went in to their lab, the receptionist lab worker was extremely rude and dismissive. The waiting room was full and I think she was overwhelmed. I came back in the afternoon and found the waiting room empty. I checked in and presented my paperwork to the receptionist. She then informed me that I needed an appointment because it was afternoon and that's what their policy was. When I stated that there was no one waiting and it didn't seem very busy, she said that there was someone that checked in even though it wasn't there yet. I find the level of service at LabCorp to be abhorrent. I recommend using a different lab if you can at all. They are definitely not service-oriented.

The lab tech here is AMAZING. She is so kind and gentle but also SUPER speedy. As someone who really hates getting blood drawn, I felt incredibly grateful for her. I hardly noticed it being done, and she made sure I was comfy throughout. I would drive out of my way just to go to her again. I walked in without an appointment first thing on a Monday and only had to wait 15m or so.Note - they are changing their walk in hours so check before doing so.

I came here this morning for a routine lab. I was on time and checked in. I sat for 40 minutes after checking in and questioned the staff when I saw that people who were checking in after me had been called before me. She told me I don't have an appointment in their system. I showed her my paperwork which showed I did have an appointment at that location and at the time 10:30 am. She then said she would have to fit me in because she was the only person there. I feel bad for her but I still find this unacceptable service. She knew I checked in and acknowledged that. Why she didn't bother to address me if she knew I didn't have an appointment is what upsets me and then to tell me I don't know how long I'd have to wait makes it worse. This company needs to staff adequately or close if you don't have enough staff then this staff member needs to realize no matter how bad the situation is she needs to reach higher to be of service.

I had a great experience at this location! I placed my own orders ahead through LabCorp on demand for what I needed done and scheduled my appointment slot for this location at the same time.Check-in was seamless at the kiosk with the QR code I was given upon making my appointment. I was out before my appointment time even started and my phlebotomist was so kind and amazing at her job.
