Very cranky and unfriendly front staff. Remember, you are dealing with humans, many of whom are dealing with difficult health concerns. Phlebotomist was kind and competent.

Today - 7.18.2024 - the woman at the front desk was rude and extremely unhelpful. She couldn't be bothered to even look at me or my daughter. And I observed the same person being rude and almost intentionally unhelpful to another person, who happened to be in the wrong place. Learn some service skills, please.

Shockingly Expensive. For uncovered testing, almost four times more expensive than the same exact testing at this same exact location 10 months ago - $213 vs $61 last year. Same insurance coverage, only thing that changed was the name at the door, Labcorp. (And don't count on your Providence provider warning you of such. When I called my Providence clinic to check on the order and how it was coded, they confirmed that it hadn't changed, but were unhelpful, defensive, and didn't seem to care.)

don't go unless you have the lab tequest in hand or specificly faxed in to there's office. and arrive early to avoid the 2hr wait. they won't help you if the office hasn't fax in the lab request, and if you have standing orders you will have to have them faxed or printed they won't take any electronic system.

I guess they have heard all the complaints that were listed on the reviews. I came in today to get my 3 hour pregnancy glucose test done, so I was here for a while and observed foot traffic. There was a receptionist who was there the whole time, and she was very helpful to those who needed to get their orders refaxed over. I often saw people who didn't have any orders in their system get them in, and then they were pulled back within ten minutes. They also seem to have hired someone specifically to help people with the sign in kiosks. They were well staffed, and I saw at least 4 phlobotomists working there. I don't think any of the people who came in, whether they were walk ins or those with an appointment, waited for more than an hour to be seen. I'm pretty sure they all got seen within half an hour or less, honestly. I got called back before my appointment time even started (I signed in at 8:35am for my 9am appointment and was called back at 8:45am). Overall, my impression of the place was a very well run, efficient lab.

Long wait even with appointment, rude staff and inexperienced at blood draws. Terrible experience.

I had an appointment here and almost cancelled because of the horrible reviews. I’m glad I didn’t. The experience, unlike the other reviews I’ve seen, was actually great! I got reminders. I checked in when I pulled into the parking lot. When I arrived I was greeted by not one but two people, who confirmed I was all checked in and would be called back shortly. I waited MAYBE a minute. I warned them I was a very hard blood draw. Seriously, it usually takes 5 tries on me with lots of misses, collapsed veins, etc. but the guy got it on the first try and it almost didn’t hurt! I was in and out in 5 minutes and I had the report back by that evening. Best blood draw experience I’ve ever had.

Anticipointment....
Labcorp bit off more than they could chew.
Not the employee's fault

If i could leave 0 stars i would. This lab is absolutely ridiculous. Outrageous waiting times. Lab techs just standing around talking in the back when you’re finally called back. I’ve had to redo my infant daughters labs TWICE now due to them either losing her lab work or not getting enough to complete it (due to their own fault of stopping too soon). The lab techs are rude and do not pay attention to allergies such as adhesives or tape allergies. I recommend going to the Tanasbourne or Reeds Crossing location before ever going to St Vincent’s lab. DO BETTER

Ridiculous! Just checking in is way too difficult for most people. I have so many things to say how bad this place sucks but I'll just leave it at that, ever since labcorp took over this place is a freaking nightmare!

No separate line for specimen drop off, you'll have to wait hours to hand it over to someone. I politely asked how long the wait to drop off was and was told "I don't know, this is life"

Lavoratory took over now it's even worse. The 1.5* review rating is way too high. The only reason I have it 1* is because I cannot give it fewer. Appointment? Eff u. You can wait for hours after your appointment - that you made for a specific time in advance before they call you. Sometimes they don't call you and then say they did and that you are effed. Happened to a woman waiting.

Wanted me to sit and wait 45 minutes. I left. No one should have to sit that long waiting for a blood draw.

Staff was friendly. Otherwise, long wait and double to triple the turnaround time for results compared to other labs. Will no longer recommend this lab to my patients.
