Even though I had to wait for delivery of my new car Daniel Garvin made the wait less difficult by keeping me well informed of what was happening in the process. When I was finally able to pick up my new car Dan, Edgar and Jeff guided me through the process! Thanks very much!!

Brian made me feel very welcomed and valued as a customer. He made the process of having my car serviced and getting a loaner vehicle very easy. The environment within the service center is relaxed and professional. I especially appreciated the video report for the service on my car. It was extremely helpful and easy to understand. As a result, I was very confident in the service I would receive.
This was my second positive experience at Lexus of Portland. I intend to return for routine service for my car in the future. And when the time comes...I will return to purchase my next Lexus.

I really like how quickly I am greeted when driving into your facility and Jeff is always amazing. I don't always take a loaner when Jeff offers one, but I'm glad I did this time. That NX was super fun to drive!!

1. Calamo did a wonderful job showing us the right car based on what we told him.
2. Yasu was great at helping us get all of our financial info even though we did not come prepared to buy that day, and we are older so he had to fill most of the forms in for us. We appreciated that help.
3. Ian with a sense of humor helped us with the final Sales process, which is a big job.
4. Rob did a great job instructing us on how to run the technology the car is equipped with.
What a nice team Lexus has formed to help people like us. THANK YOU!

My Service Rep, Alexa, was very warm, welcoming, and efficient. I waited for the vehicle in your comfortable lounge while it was being serviced. Alexa mentioned that the wait could be 90 minutes but it was much shorter than that. I was surprised and impressed that the windshield wipers were replaced at no charge. The vehicle was washed. Overall, a very positive experience.

Absolutely phenomenal service! Loved working with Ryon and the team. They helped me surprise my wife at home with a 2023 Lincoln Aviator. It was spectacular, I really cannot say enough about these people. I will be a lifelong customer!
