They took our cats for almost 3 weeks. The boys came back happy , healthy and their usual selves. They took time with them and medicated on schedule. They are now our go/to cattery!

This is the only facility where I will ever board my cats! I seldom write reviews, but the owners are so professional, knowledgeable, experienced, & caring! They run the place themselves; I used to take my cats elsewhere, but the young people working there were unable to give my elderly cats their medications. If I can’t get reservations here for my cats, I will change my own travel plans. The facility is immaculate! There is absolutely no smell! Highly recommend booking early! They’re so amazing, they are often full!

I've had 3 experiences with Kitty Condos now, boarding 4 different pets, and I'm always thrilled with how organized this place is and how well they care for my and my family's cats. "Condos" are always clean and well-furnished, and the owners are willing to medicate even medically complex kitties (injections, chemotherapy meds, etc.). They're very proactive in reaching out about any concerns and called to inform me right away when my cat had diarrhea. Prices are incredibly reasonable as well. This is the only place I'll board my kitties!

Not like it used to be. Owners used to seem so kind but you can tell these people don’t give a darn about anything but getting you out of there and collecting your money.
I actually caught the owner clinching her mouth and making her eyes wide at her husband behind my back while I was discussing my elderly cats special needs. She then turned around and actual smiled real big and began talking really slow to me like she was talking to a child. I have never been so disrespected in my life . I have been a good client for years but once she treated me like this I will never go back.

I love Kitty Condos! The team there is incredible and they clearly are cat lovers. Super flexible and communicative. The set up is great, food options are wonderful and I felt very safe leaving my cat in their hands.

Our kitty King Mango has stayed here twice with a 3rd time coming up. Absolutely love this place and surprisingly Mango does too. He was reluctant to leave when we picked him up last time hahaha which was a great sign. They take great care of our fur babies!

My cat stayed here for 4 days earlier this month. The staff was friendly and reassured me that my kitty would be okay. They answered my questions promptly and even took photos of my Hiding-under-the-blanket kitty when I asked for an update a few days into my trip. My cat was in one of the bigger rooms with a view to the outside. Cat tax attached of course.

Our cat Strid had a nice stay at Kitty Condos, they took good care of her. Super nice owners, will absolutely take Strid back when we need to.

My cat got ear mites there. The vet bill was more expensive than the stay, and poor thing had to go through hell to get rid of them :-(

My kitty Eddie and I love Kitty Condos! Eddie stayed there for 5 days while I was on a work trip and I'm so glad that I chose this place. The owners are so friendly and I felt really comfortable leaving him in their care. It was my first time boarding Eddie in his 7 years of life so I was very nervous, but I'm happy to say it was a great experience. We will definitely be back for any future trips!

The place where I use to take my cat when I needed boarding for her closed. I went to a couple of places & to my lucky surprise I found this gem! Dave & Tiana keep Kitty Condo so clean & nice. Baby now has a new place to stay when I’m out of town. No more worries. I highly recommend Kitty Condo for your cat. See you soon. ????

Our favorite place to board our cats for many years now. Large, comfortable rooms of various sizes and prices, each room is appointed with furniture like beds and cat trees. While they are enclosed, they absolutely are not cages. Very highly recommend this for boarding your fur babies.

boarded my cat twice so far, you can tell they are very passionate about caring for the kitties! they are willing to work with you especially because i needed to extend my stay for a day and it was no issue. not even a question i will always choose this condo! best prices i’ve seen in portland as well since i will never use petco/petsmart
