“I had Paulson’s install some linoleum flooring at my office and they did such a great job that we decided to finally take the plunge and get new carpet in our house. Erica was great and answered all of our (many) questions and the install was done very well and only took about a day and a half (for 4bedrooms, hallway, closets and stairs). The carpet looks beautiful and we are only bummed that we waited so long to do it!”

“The technician was courteous, friendly, and left the work area in a clean condition. He sealed and coated deep scratches and a chip on the side of one of our bathroom sinks. The repaired area looks good but would benefit from an additional coating to further fill the deep scratches which are still visible. The technician subsequently applied an additional coating that further filled the scratches. Thanks for the good customer service.”

They were super helpful over the phone, took in the details of my project and made helpful recommendations, and were again helpful and friendly when I came by the shop to look at products. Unlike the other places I visited who either had material, or were fabricators, and didn't have any interest in making purchasing easy for me, Milan handles the whole process of selecting material, fabricating and installing and is a great choice to walk you through your project.”

“These guys are excellent. Coulee built a beautiful smooth concrete countertop for my kitchen. Ben and his team do phenomenal concrete work with fantastic customer service. They came back on multiple visits just to make sure things were installed correctly. Even when I discovered a blemish after mistakenly leaving a cleaning solution on my countertop, they returned yet again to ensure the surface was as blemish free as the day it was installed. “Our experience with NW Natural Appliance Center has been nothing but fantastic. Christine walked us around the showroom showing us the various options, making the customizations clear, allowing us time to browse without being pushy. After making our selection we went back and forth a bit on some of the customizations and she never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The installation crew they sent were quick, kind, and professional. We had an issue getting our energy rebate and Christine took care of everything (this was after the sale and installation!). They had plenty of opportunities to mess things up and came through for us every time. Highly recommend!”

It can be a little Chaos anytime of the week for professions to stock up on supplies. . You can call in your order and can be a hit or miss with getting correct supplies and on time. “Helpful to be able to buy assembled same day cabinets ready to install. Please stock other natural wood cabinets besides Hickory. I made it work for the 3 uppers I needed to match the base cabinets "enough". The fellow was helpful. Have a plan (I used Ikea to assist as I was considering them) or you'll pay $150 for "design" fees.”
