Deposited a check, was told $100 was available for use. Now the check is on hold for 5 to 10 days, not a big deal except they took the $100 back out of my account and now it is negative, and due to their negligence I was told I would be charged an overdraft fee on my account, and they aren't willing to do anything to correct their negligence. Maybe don't give any available amount if this type of thing is going to happen and you're not willing to fix it.Edit: updating to 5 stars after going into 181st branch location. The entire crew in there was friendly and helpful, solved my issue in under 5 minutes. Varsha emp # LJF7C5UX1 has terrible customer service skills and should be retrained on steps necessary to take care of customers appropriately, her best response should've been as follows. I can not credit you for the overdraft fee, but if you go speak to the branch manager they may be able to help. Instead she argued and refused to offer any solution other than I was going to be charged an overdraft fee even though it was not my fault. Great job to the crew at 181st branch.

As someone whom has felt less than with other banks like us bank and bank of america. I really love the environment here and all the employees work together to help me out and take their time with me. I'm really glad I switched over to key bank. I can't speak for other branches but this is definelty my go to spot. They have hassle free accounts that help with so much and don't have all these requirements that other bug banks have

This place gets 1 star but it doesn't deserve 1 I have beenTrying to get the app to workI have called so many timesAnd it took 3 times just to get a card and the bank Manger acted like it was to much trouble just to help me and my wife so if you want have a headache this is the bank to use

This branch, and perhaps the whole company, has been preying on my elderly father. He wanted to withdraw a substantial amount of money from an investment count to pay off his mortgage. They insisted they couldn't transfer the money within their bank to apply to his mortgage account but rather, would have to be mailed a check. "The check is in the mail" story has been in motion for 19 days now. Meanwhile they are continuing to charge him interest on his mortgage. Every time he calls to get information the agent passes the buck and blames others. Once he gets this check he will have to deal with SunTrust and or another insurance company because his mortgage has been passed along by Key Bank. The short story is that this bank has provided zero customer service and is clearly milking any profit they can extract from this situation, obstructing my my father's efforts to simply pay off his mortgage.

This is a wonderful branch! I love my banker Michael, he helped me out tremendously when my wallet was stolen, thank you guys SO much for being so understanding and helpful! April 11: well, I THOUGHT that Michael was cool... But today he acted like hes NEVER met me before, and like he's a little too important or high class to be bothered by my nonsense. I just had my wallet stolen a few weeks ago, and my life has been COMPLETELY devastated because of it.. and when I FIRST went in to this branch, he was really helpful and kind and put in EXTRA effort to make SURE I was taken care of, and went through the necessary steps to help me prove my identity without having ANY identification...then when I came in for the 4th time today, (like a week or 2 later, he was all short-worded and acted like he had NO CLUE who I was and treated me like I was being ridiculous for HOPING he'd be able to help me WITHOUT any type of legal/official identification documents to show him... I'm sorry that I "STILL" haven't made it from PORTLAND to CALIFORNIA to replace my ID when I have NO access to my money it's kind of difficult to pay for gas or even get myself a BUS ticket...Thanks for nothin I guess!?

I have my teenage daughter on my account. And for the second day they have frozen her account saying that it's due to fraud. Which it's not. My daughter has been trying to pay off her cell phone and bank hasn't let her. So ready to change banks.

Based on my experience, Tip is great, very eager to help... she is very friendly, honest & knowledgeable. She will go out of her way to make sure that you get what you need & the transaction is done correctly.This is one of their smaller slower branch & so they give you more time & take better care of you. All of the employees are friendly & very welcoming to me & my dog.

I'm confused as to how this location has one of the highest ratings as my experience was nothing close to pleasant. Nu Mai did not even crack a smile until I was all the way at her counter and that appeared to be a struggle for her. After I explained to her what I needed she just pointed to a person in an office behind me and that was the end of our interaction.

Branch manager Chad Burns was rude and disrespectful. I explain my situation to him and he acted like he didn't care. I asked to speak him to provide information above him and he didn't want to provide it to he. He acted like he didn't understand what I was saying. It seems he had problems with the minority group. For someone in a position as a branch manager he service was bad. It seems he nice to other people but to minority group he is completely disrespectful. And my kids saw the way he was acting and they even notice he had an actitudes since the beginning. It's sad that people like him get hire as a branch manager.

I transferred here from the Keybank at on 148th & Division. Why? I followed Chad E Burns, one of the bank managers, when he was transferred over here. He is a great guy & has been extremely helpful at every turn. We usually prefer credit unions but were astonished at the level of attention & help that we have received by Chad and other Keybank employees. Keep it up!

I was shocked, pissed and embarrassed when their ATM spit out defected bills. Unfortunately I had to use them because they were closed and I was in route to pay a debt.
