Stay away from this bank!!! They will screw you over like they screwed us over. Our account was closed for no reason at all. This was after confirming multiple times the account was properly setup and setting up direct deposit and transferring into the account. Do not trust this bank. They will steal your money and close your accounts. I have never in my life seen a bank as unprofessional and ill intentioned as Key Bank. The worst!!!!!

Stay away from this bank. It does not put its customers first. It's focus will be on their bottom line. They will hold on to your funds for around 7 days and when asked why... "because we can" was the answer I got. If you value your life, money and mental health. Stay away.Update 1/18/21Funny, how after repeated emails and calls. You still haven't responded. Somehow contacting you can o ly be done if I leave a scathing review on how horrible this bank truly is. I urge everyone who reads raises to STAY AWAy from ALL KeyBank locations. They do NOT respect you or your hard work/money. It is truly a corporate entity.

I have been working with Key since the 1990s. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful banking staff. The location is central to downtown business owners such as me. Parking is validated.

I had a great experience at this branch. The teller couldn't handle my transaction and escalated it to a manager. My transaction was completed efficiently and professionally. I think it's just as important to acknowledge good service as it is to complain about bad service. I will continue to use KeyBank.

Key Bank is horrible! Went in to open a business checking account. Sat waiting for 30 minutes to talk with a banker about opening an account (the bankers were busy working in a project and the teller asked if I could return, to which I responded that I wouldn't and would go to another bank). Spent an hour inputting data with a very friendly banker only to have the "system" lock up with no solution (the banker was very apologetic about the bank's antiquated system). Don't even get me started on the $500 incentive deposit the bank would make for opening an account! That said, they're all guilty of the old bait n' switch trick! I walked down the street to On Point and they opened my account in 30 minutes! This was my second and last, less than favorable experience with this bank!

Key shut down my checking account randomly without any warning and HELD my money from me for over a week and made me go into a branch to get a check for MY MONEY. This bank is GARBAGE

I asked security where the restroom was in the Key Bank building. She said to use the Starbucks restroom. When I entered and locked the door, someone pounded on the door very hard. I said, "busy," but the person did it again. I thought it might be a Starbucks employee because there were no customers in the lobby. Sure enough, as I passed 3 Starbucks employees behind the counter, they were all looking at me and fake force laughing. Those boys are too immature to have a job. They should go back to middle school.
