Do not use this company to back up your computers! I paid for back-up service for 2 years, and back-up service was listed as a service in my contract. I called one day to request that they demonstrate a back-up recovery. The representative couldn't do it. He said he would call me back, but never did. Thank goodness my computers didn't actually crash. Look elsewhere and don't trust this company.

I literally cannot say enough good things about this company and their employees. I have had the absolute pleasure of working with them on putting together several proposals for brand new copier machines in our offices as our lease on our existing equipment through Pacific Office Automation is FINALLY drawing to a close (and btw, if you are even remotely considering going down that route with POA, don't just walk away... RUN! Trust me). The rep that I worked with throughout this entire process (and it was a long one, on our end, not theirs) was Nick Bassett, and he was an absolute delight! He stuck by us every step of the way, with a dogged determination and drive to see things through. He may be young and somewhat new to the industry, but do not let that fool you. This guy really knows his stuff, far better than many veteran reps who I have spoken to throughout my lifetime. He is always prompt and timely in his responses and follow-up, does exactly what he says he is going to do, is extremely knowledgeable about his company and the products and services that they provide, and truly cares about what is in the best interests of the customer, and is therefore not pushy in the least, which I really appreciated. I have absolutely no doubt that Nick is going to go very far in his career, no matter where his future takes him, and I hope that one day our paths might cross again in the future. While we ultimately were not able to work with Kelley in the end due to a corporate contract that was in place with another provider and entirely out of my control, I definitely consider that to be a huge loss on our end, as this is one classy company, and one that I would have loved to have been partners with. And I would gladly be willing to recommend their services to anybody, any day of the week. So thank you, Kelley Connect, for a job very well done. And thank YOU, Nick, for all you did in helping us along the way, and for being so gracious, even when things didn't pan out exactly as we'd all hoped in the end. It did not go unnoticed.

My company was in need of a new local provider for our copiers and have nothing but good things to say about Kelley Connect. They were fastidious and dedicated in helping us get set up with the right machines for our office as well as answering any questions we could come up with. The service is by far the best part - our Account Manager Mike checks in frequently to make sure everything is running smoothly, and the few times we've had a service issue we had a tech on their way to see us in an insanely short amount of time. To be able to find that type of service for our copiers these days is so appreciated - I'd happily recommend this company to businesses both large and small.

This company is great! I use them to re-print my fine art. I used to go through fine art printing companies which are extraordinarily overpriced and hoity-toity. These guys were thorough and had the print of my painting done in under a half an hour. I will be using them for all of my fine prints in the future. Highly recommend

Had the misfortune of doing business with this company. NEVER again. I was looking to make a very large purchase for my company and was put in contact with Don Manthey. How this tool is even employed is beyond me. The complete opposite of helpful & knowledgeable. Shockingly incompetent, smug, arrogant and to call him a bigot would be an understatement. 5-min into our conversation, and this guy was spouting his political and social opinions. Truly unprofessional and not necessary.Will not return - and recommend people look elsewhere.

We leased postal equipment through them for years and the minute we decided to cancel the lease, they left us high and dry. They said it is our responsibility to return the equipment, with no help as to how or where to send it. I guess since they figure they're no longer making any money off us, they'll now just treat us like trash.After being promised 2 or 3 times we'd be provided labels and boxes to return the equipment, it is still sitting here (the lease was over in May). To add insult to injury, we are now receiving robo calls informing us our lease payments are overdue.I guess the people at Kelley just sit back and laugh as we struggle to return the equipment they so eagerly helped us get. Until now, I would have given them 5 stars, but no more. Hopefully, the last laugh will be on them. We will never do any kind of business with them again, will never recommend them, and with luck many people will read this before doing business or signing any lease with them. Buyer (or leaser) beware.

Really disappointed in their service model. You know how some business' are empathetic & flexible? this has not been my experience with Kelly Imaging Systems. I feel they are more interested in the current revenue from their contracts than renewing their business relationships.

Twice we asked for a particular service that was promised (a simple return label), and twice the call center was apathetic in refusing to assist us. We understand that they are not the end process for most of their products, but even as a conduit, they are frustrating and unsatisfactory.
