I went to Kassab Jewelers in downtown Portland for my fiancé’s engagement ring. Kassab had cuts of diamonds that I hadn’t found while researching other jewelers. From the beginning the experience was wonderful. Sandra was so helpful, she showed me a couple different cuts of the diamond style I liked, then through her expertise she helped me find the perfect setting for the diamond I chose. She was very communicative and kind throughout the entire process, and apart from her creative direction still made me feel that what I was buying was fairly priced, authentic, and one of a kind. I’ll be going to Kassab’s for all my diamond and jewelry needs. It’s been a Portland staple since 1975, and after my experience I can see why.

I got my engagement ring with Sandra and she was absolutely amazing. To be honest, at one point I felt kind of bad because I was pretty persistent about what I wanted, but she was super patient, helped me find the perfect ring, gave me a fantastic price, and my fiancé is absolutely thrilled. I had a great experience at Kassab Jewelers. It was my first time buying a diamond ring and Sandra at the downtown store was amazing to work with! She helped to explain the differences in diamonds and was very patient with all of my naive questions. She helped me design a beautiful ring that bot met my need for bling and is practical for every day wear. I could not be any happier with my shopping experience. This is the number one place to shop for fine jewelry in downtown Portland! Robert provided us with some spectacular diamonds at unbeatable prices. He went above and beyond in assisting us on our search for the right one. Kassab Jewelers stand out for their excellent service, patient and helpful staff, and Robert supplied us with an incredible array of well researched options. I had the absolute best experience working with Sandra... I don't even know where to begin.We met Sandra in the Fall of of 2021 and it was the last jewelry store my fiancée and I stopped at. At this point we had hit about 5 stores and we were tired of the same sales pitch but when we met Sandra she made us feel so comfortable. My fiancée fell in love with the Tacori rings and from there I worked with Sandra on finding the perfect ring.Sandra was so great throughout the entire process and highly recommend her to help you find your ring!!Thank you so much Sandra !

We were looking for an engagement ring. Kassab had some pretty good reviews online, so we figured to give them a shot. Worked with Sandra at their downtown Portland location. From the onset, Sandra was welcoming and very personable. She knew her stuff and walked us through the various options, without asserting any pressure on us to settle on any particular brand but rather equipping us with all needed info to make an informed decision. And that we did! Eventually settled on a gorgeous Tacori piece along with one wedding band. After a few days of contemplating, we visited the store again to add to the original order. Sandra assisted us in ordering an extra band. Again, the process was so seamless, needless to say, the addition did not push back the original delivery date. About 3weeks later, got the ring with the matching bands, super gorgeous as expected! All paperwork and certs handy! We are happy customers, and this journey couldn't have been wholesome without Sandra's help. In case we didn't say it enough, thanks girl for your patience and guidance....as we promised, we'll be back soon.... cheers to you and cheers to Kassab as well for making this moment and experience that much special for us!!-Moses

I worked with Cody and Bart, I needed my wedding band and engagement ring refreshed. They did such an excellent job; taking care of me and my jewelry. They where not bothered by questions. I am coming back with some family heirlooms soon!
