Pharmacy tech Janette is a TERRIBLE person. I witnessed her berate another Tech over a small minute issue. I will NEVER let this person help me, it’s very sad when I have to ask about a Tech who helped me, what the women in the backs name was because if I can hear her berating your employees, I do not wish to support this pharmacy and will gladly change to a pharmacy further from my home. Vi was AMAZING when assisting me with my pick up

Started out great at check in with Selena. Very kind and compassionate. Drs nurse Jill came out for us and she also was compassionate caring an listened well to concerns. Dr Dexter came in was very impressed at his level of knowledge and also extremely caring and compassionate with me. Needed X-rays and that went seamlessly. Dale was super gentle and explained everything to me as it was happening which I appreciated. He delivered me in my wheelchair to my husband waiting for my prescriptions. I’ve literally never met such kind caring professionals all under one roof to provide my husband and myself a seamless experience. Everyone was working together as a team. Never experienced this with Kaiser before. Bravo! Thank you

Angel gave my daughter Lupe her HPV vaccination, and she was SO skilled and kind and answered questions and educated us. Both of my kids (my other daughter was there too) were incredibly impressed by her professionalism, expertise, and kindness. She’s such a star!

I believe my techs name was Kitty. She was awesome! This is always a nerve wracking experience for me and she made me feel comfortable, both physically and mentally. We had a great convo. I hope in the future she’s my tech again, cause this is a yearly test I do. Please recognize her for her excellent patient care

Dr. Lin is my primary and it is worth the commute from Gladstone to see her. She is fast and gets the job done, yet empathetic and caring.I had labs done and was in and out in no time without as much as an OUCH!!

Kitty was informative, friendly, gentle, and professional. The gown was warmed and that was comforting. There were signs that helped inform. There were wipes for before and after. I could tell that everything was being done to make the process as smooth and comfortable as possible. Thank you.
