We bought the $15 Ultimate car wash and went in with our front plastered with a layer of dead bugs after a road trip. We came out with a bit of bugs/marks still left on and the staff offered us to go through the car wash again for free. 5 stars for customer experience. The car came out pretty clean after the washes.

If I could give ten stars I would! I had called ahead to see if I could get assistance with a particularly icky issue (I had hit a bird and it was in the grill) and everyone was very friendly and helpful. The manager himself helped me out and I am SO grateful.
