I walked in there not knowing where to start. I had so many questions and when Benjamin L. Saw me he asked what he can helped me with. I explained to him that this was my first time here and need help with product selection and he did just that. I highly recommend this place to any new comers I wasn’t rush nor did he try to make me buy things I didn’t need. Benjamin was very patient with me, he was knowledgeable about the products.

Excellent customer service at this location. They have everything organized in the warehouse and in stock. The associates know about the equipment and if they aren’t sure about your particular question, they eagerly get you the person who can answer. Blown away with how easy they made buying my restoration equipment compared to Amazon and other remote retailers. I’ll be back, thank you for your kindness and proficiency.

When it comes to chemicals, classes, things like that, this place is great. Good customer service, quick shipping, can get great advice on what to use for unusual situations. However, we purchased a new truck mount and it's been a different story. Many problems with the machine, slow response to get advice on dealing with those problems, multiple trips back to Portland to fix the problems, only to find the problem is still there or new issues pop up. We love Jon Don for our supplies, but will not be using them for large equipment purchases again

i have been using don jon since 2018 and the whole time i have dealt with sales representative benjamin lambertus ben has always gone beyond what is expected of him whether his updating my orders status or professionalism and knowledge of the products don jon offers no matter how busy he must get he always manages to help me i love don jon products but i must admit ben is a real big part of me getting my products from you guys!

Until today I didn't even know the place was there. I needed floor wax for my stained concrete in my shop. Great price and boy does my floor ever shine!

I have been trying to call this place for the past week, no response and no call back despite numerous voice mails. I also drove out on the 2nd to find out they were closed and no heads up but a simple piece of paper on there front door, strongly recommend better customer service and getting back to clients for repairs and items left there!

These guys have sold me 90% of my carpet cleaning equipment this last year. Sales people are helpful, products are delivered quickly. Love this company and will continue to use them.
