Joann's is my last resort when Mill End's is closed. But this is the 2nd time I've been to this location and both times the same lady cuts my fabric. Each piece she states the price and how much each one will be for the yardage I requested then follows with, "do you still want it?" She does this for each bolt! I can clearly see the price when I picked it out and calculate it on my phone just like she does on her machine. I've never been to a Joann's that's done this and even when I worked at one in college, I was never trained to do so. It's just annoying and condescending and low key wonders if she does this to other customers?... The weirdest thing is that they have a security guard. Who's stealing from Joann's? Lol. Other than that, my interactions with the other associates including the security guard have been extremely pleasant.

Found the fabric that I needed very quickly, and it was on sale! Score!! The lady at the cutting station was very efficient.

Two days ago it took them 15 minutes to bring me my pickup order. Today I waited 15 minutes to check out. Also there are a lot of empty shelves!!

The line was clear out to the door and there was ONE checker!! Ridiculous!!! I've been shopping at Joann for years and I have never seen it that bad!!!

I love my experiences in JoAnn's stores. The displays and the area for the classes are inviting. I also enjoyed all of the holiday ideas, especially the fabric selections.

Lovely craft store, great selections and deals. the lady running the only register was doing amazing, even though it seemed short on people up front she was prompt and very nice! been there several times and seem to always see her; haven't gotten her name unfortunately.

Now that our JoAnns on 82nd is closed, I have to come to this one which is pretty far. What they gained in distance, they make up in size. Whoa this is a huge Joann's. Lots of space. Lots of fabrics. They must have cleaned up since previous reviewer because everything was neat and the aisles were clean. The people who work here are pretty nice. I gave the fabric cutter 5 stars! You can sign up for fabric cutting with the kiosk. My daughter likes to craft, but I'm here for looking at all the fun fabrics. Buttons, fabrics, crafts, candles...you can find a lot here!

This is the worst Joanns I've ever visited. It may be pretty on the outside but all the employees are odifuras, dirty, greasy haired, rude, overweight, ugly women, and the current manager is ineffective and illiterate. The most disgusting store ever!!!! Amazon has better deals and Walmart right next door sells fabric too. Go there instead.

This location is big and has an even bigger selection. The cutting counter folks are always friendly and efficient. The checkout line is usually long. I wish they had more cashiers.

Staff is amazing. But, their reward program NEEDS serious help. The last $5.00 bonus was lost due to our ice/snow occurrence. During that week, I was not even able to get out of my driveway. So, FYI, they promise rewards for purchasing with them...but FAIL to honor them. Stop deceiving your customer base. And FYI, Hobby Lobby has blanket binding at 1/4th the cost.

THIS JOANNS ON 82ND IS CLOSED. I was just there in the parking lot and the name is gone and it's empty. This location has CLOSED in Portland.

I'm only giving this location a 5 star for the staff being so kind. In fact rockstars, however online ordering and inventory in store is never correct. Half my order gets cancelled and CORP refuses to issue a refund for canceled products. My advice until CORP figures it out, just shop inside the store, if you look it up online and states "in stock" you will be disappointed.Once again, the crew on location are extremely helpful and kind, so while my experience is a 1 star, the staff made it a 5 star! GO TEAM!!!
