Came in this afternoon for an oil change with very little car knowledge and I was in and out in roughly 15-20 mins. Thankfully they weren't very busy at all. Shoutout to Travis and David for making my experience super pleasant and having friendly attitudes. 100% coming back and suggest this place to anyone that needs help with their regular car maintenance. Thanks so much y'all!

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful! My husband had a fun chat with one of the employees about Honda's and he enjoyed himself when talking with the staff. Our oil change cost us about $30!

Unsafe location especially during rain, poor service with impatient staff. Jiffy lube always under performs, if you want anything better tha wal-mart quality service, go any where else.

Super friendly and helpful! My tire pressure light came on when I was leaving for work and they had me in and out fast enough I was still on time.

Great experience. I went in for an oil change. Serena and other staff members went above and beyond. Serena worked with my insurance to fix a windshield rock chip at no cost to me. She also meticulously cleaned stubborn sticky residue off of my windows while I waited for the repairs.

Sometimes the world gives you a bad week and then slaps you in the face when you find the silver lining. Fortunately people like Joe and Jason work at this jiffy lube. After a week from hell, on my way to finally go on a date with my spouse, I hear a tap tap clunk and then a hiss. My spare tier had been stolen out of my car years ago, and it's 6pm, everyone is closed. Joe and Jason stayed an hour late to patch my tire with a patch kit we had and I was able to drive off to replace it the next day.

Had my oil changed here today. Folks working here were great, efficient and helpful. Told me my filter was good and didn't need changing even though it was a bit dirty looking. Other places have definitely told me it needed replacing when it looked exactly like that. Joe was excellent. Will absolutely come back here again for my next oil change.

Service was fast, friendly and good. Just make sure you discuss in the beginning what they will do and how much it will cost.I pulled in and asked for "just an oil change" before I know it they were checking my alternator and wiping my windows, etc... Apparently they decided to give me some super ultra oil change service for $100.It was an ok price for what they did... I just did not need or want it done.

went to Jiffy Lube next to Albertsons on Beaverton Hillsdale HWY and had a great experience! John I believe was the managers name and he was very nice, and shared some helpful tips regarding my car battery. My car wouldn't start and they diagnosed it for me very quickly and even had a replacement battery there in 20 minutes. In all I had a brand new battery in and out in less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys

Management and staff will lie just to upsell people on services they don’t want.Partner took my car in today for an oil change and to flush transmission, asked for exactly that. Staff assured them that they would check transmission fluid (they never did) and then went out of the way to upsell them on an engine flush, telling them that it was the same as a transmission flush — which is a flat out lie.I called in while they were doing the work to find out what was going on. Manager tried to claim my partner never asked about transmission flush/fluid and stated that their store doesn’t even have transmission fluid in supply(?). He then went on some kind of awful sales pitch, telling me what a good deal I was getting because the work “usually costs $250” but I was getting the oil change and engine flush for “only $150.” I firmly stated that this “engine flush” was not something I wanted and was not the same as a transmission flush, and further that they mislead my partner in order to upsell them on this unneeded service. He rudely denied it over and over and refused to offer any remedy to the situation.

Last time going to any jiffy lube. There was one car ahead of me in the bay, so I think oh great I won't be here too long.... Wrong. It takes 45 minutes til I get to pull my vehicle in..... as expected they tried to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need.... What inspired me to post this review is the fact that they said there was "no cabin air filter". My car was not manufactured with "no cabin air filter" and I have only taken it to jiffy lube in the past. Which leaves me wondering how it became non existent in the first place. The answer is obvious. The mentally handicapped staff of jiffy lube misplaced it on a past oil change and then sold me another one today. These people are not mechanics, they are sleazeball salesman and con artists.

I don't recommend this place for DEQ. I own an ODB2 code reader myself, and I made sure my car's drive cycle was complete and all categories were cleared before I came in.For some reason, instead of having me pull into the bay, they plugged their OBD2 reader into my car in the entrance lane. The device wouldn't connect to their computer properly at that distance. There was nothing wrong with the bay, it was empty, they even had me pull forward another foot or so during the attempt. When their computer still couldn't connect, they told me that my car had failed and I would need to go to a DEQ center. They also said that they couldn't tell me anything about the problem, except that it was definitely my problem, and I could not try again. I immediately drove a few minutes up the road to a different JiffyLube, completed the test, and passed without any issues.

The crew was efficient had amazing customer service! An extremely disgruntled customer came in cussing and throwing a fit and these guys handled it with grace. I will definitely be coming back.
