The only reason I’m not giving 1 star is because for many years I’ve had a pleasant experience using Jiffy parking multiple times a year. However, the current gal, Robin, at the front desk has quite literally the worst customer service skills I have EVER experienced. It is absolutely unacceptable to hang up on a customer not once but TWICE before even allowing the customer to speak. It is also completely unacceptable to speak to customers in the manner she does. I sure hope management handles this before losing long term repeat customers like myself. I hope to have the opportunity to adjust my review back to the 5 stars I would have given prior to my experience with her.

It is Very good and convenient/fast. The shuttle picks you up and drops you off at your car.

DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOUR TRAVEL MIGHT CHANGE. I prepaid for 3 days in December and my trip was cancelled due to weather. Even though they advertise you can get a refund it is not true. The links in your confirmation email to modify your reservation don’t even work and if you call for assistance no one ever answers. I tried calling and left two voicemails as well as tried contacting them via email and never heard anything back. Such a scam!

Always on time and courteous. Use their website for booking, the services tried to charge me taxes in Oregon. If I had just canceled they would have still charged me the service fee and 1 day of parking.

Ryan the shuttle driver is an ANGEL! My car had a flat it was 12 am. He went above & beyond. Tow truck never came to change my tire. Ryan offered to drop me off at a hotel so I didn’t have to walk. He kept checking on me as he drove other people back & forth to the airport. A couple drove up and saw I was crying & distraught.. the wife came and gave me a hug and her Angel husband changed my tire. It was 3 am! They were going to Cabo! Ryan drove up and could see I was very upset he gave me a hug and wished me well! God bless those ANGELS! Lot is secure and they drop you off at your car and Ryan puts your luggage in your car! Highly recommend this lot. Other staff was nice as well 5 stars from me !

Good place to park at PDX. It feels more secure than the hotel parking lots and prices aren't bad. Shuttle drivers are usually nice but don't expect help with your bags. I have had to lift my own on and off the shuttle every time.

I felt confident that my car remained safe and secure in the parking lot throughout my trip. Additionally, the shuttle services were superb with drivers who were timely, friendly, and careful drivers. I will definitely be using this service again for future trips!

We used this service on Sept. 30, 2023. I booked it in advance for our very early morning flight. Everything went well and our shuttle was quickly in front of our car while we were taking out our bags. The driver- Theresa- was great and gave us several reminders about things that travellers often leave in their cars so we wouldn't make the same mistakes- and we were dropped off at PDX in plenty of time. Our return went very well also- got our bags and then called and were picked up within 10 minutes or so. Excellent service for about $10.00 per day. We'll use them again!

Impressed with their sense of urgency to quickly transport to and from the airport. I made a last minute booking and was greeted quickly upon rolling in the lot, no need to exit car! As I was gathering bags from car, the shuttle was behind me waiting. Got a card from the driver with a number to call and my parking spot number. Upon returning they promptly answered the phone at 1130pm and I had a very quick pick up. My only critique is spaces are narrow. I own a subcompact Toyota 4 door and it was tight opening door to get into car with a Tesla on one side , Prius on the other. I’m a slim person but you are going to be dinging doors if you need more room or an even wider car is beside you.

Customer service sucks. The lady was so rude when I needed to cancel my reservation and ask for a refund. She’s very disrespectful. Don’t go here. Yes it may be cheaper but they don’t have good customer service.

Pleasantly impressed! Employees are friendly. Shuttle is quick, picks u up and drops you off right at your car. Wayyyy cheaper than uber or lyft or regular airport parking. Highly recommend
