Zero stars for this one. I contacted them for a test drive about a vehicle I saw on Carfax on Sat. They told me the car was in the shop for repairs but would be back next week-I told them I was very interested and wanted to be first on the list to view when it was available. I was told I would be contacted when it was back. Sunday night: 6:26pm I was contacted by Danny via text lettting me know the truck was back. I told them I wanted to schedule a test drive for Monday at 12:30pm as I could not show up at 10am ( due to work- and late notice to view the vehicle). I was told the appointment was set up and good to go. I headed over early Monday to view the truck- I called 15 mins before I left to let them know I was coming and to confirm the truck was still there. Right before I pulled up to their location I get a call back, they look for the truck and tell me it was purchased that morning. No one called me to let me know. They wasted my time AND said it was my fault for not putting down a deposit. Who puts down a deposit for a test drive??? Don't waste your time with this palce.

This dealer JD Auto took a $200 deposit from me, promissed that the car is in great condition, it took me 7 hours to get there and the car I was planning to buy did not match the pictures that was on the marketplace, it was dirty inside and out. They said it has a clean CaxFax but it was wrecked previously in the rear. Front bumper cover plastics were missing and the transmission was giving an errors, I do not recommend you to buy from this dealer!!! Go puchase a vehicle elsewhere!!!

I was extremely satisfied with my purchase from JD auto. The vehicle was exactly how it was described in the ad and the price was fair. When I got the vehicle home it had a small issue. When I called to discuss, everybody at JD auto bent over backwards to help me and made sure that I was happy and that the problem was resolved. I can't say enough about the customer service that I received there and would highly recommend JD to anybody looking for a used vehicle.

Jad was exceptional. He was positive, helpful, accommodating, informative, reasonable, understanding, and made sure we were pleased with our purchase. I would return and work with Jad again, without hesitation.

This place is great unless you need to register your car. I was told that my title would be sent in the mail within 10 days. That did not happen…..they lied to me 4 separate times over the phone saying they “just got my title in that day and that they would send it in the mail that day” before I even told them who I was or what car I bought. The lying continued for 3 weeks before my boyfriend went there (4 hours away from his house btw) and demanded the title. Again this place would be great if only you could legally drive your car.

First of all these guys are not your typical piranha car salesman. My husband and I called ahead of time and they had the SUV waiting for us when we arrived. We were greeted respectfully and felt comfortable when talking to Marcus and Jad. Our car of choice is a 2020 Land Rover HSE. We were able to take it for a drive wherever we wanted and we're not pressured to take it for just a short trip down the road. We took a spin up the freeway and back and drove around downtown Vancouver. All of our questions were answered and we never had any uneasy feelings of a dishonesty we feel that they were forthright with us. There was no heavy pressure on making a sale they gave us plenty of time to talk about it and to make our own decision. We were offered extended warranties. We understood up front that all sales are as is. Thank you Jad and Marcus for making our experience a good one. We had read the reviews prior and we thought that we would give it a try I am so glad that we did and that I hope anyone looking for a nice car and a comfortable environment to give these guys a try. They are very hard-working! Thanks again Rob and Brenda Cameron

Had a great experience with Jad. We got a car we were looking for at a very good price. He provided a 10 day permit so we had time to get all the DMV/ DEQ in order. Overall we would rate 10/10
