We hired JCL to grind, stain, and polish our 6000sqft warehouse and 2 bathrooms. They were on time for the estimate and communicated the job in detail. Their bid came in at HALF of the other 2 bids. Completely saved our buildout budget!! Although they were significantly less expensive, I never once had any doubt in their workmanship.I let them know they won the bid on a wednesday at 10:30am and they were on site working at 12:30 the same day. The team was very respectful, and was always happy to answer any of my questions. They were on time every single day, and didn't leave my job until it was completed. They estimated to be completed in 1 week, which they were. After the first coat of sealer, they didn't like how it took to the concrete. So they stripped and re-applied well into the night, just to make sure they still met their self-imposed deadline. This was taken upon themselves to do, I was VERY happy knowing I had the right team and didn't have to worry or micromanage.They kept the space clean at all times, were respectful of other contractors on site, and did all the prep work and pre-demo work themselves (pulling up trim and old linoleum in some areas, and removing bathroom fixtures).This type of work has some downtime, as they wait for some applications to dry. During that downtime they offered to remove some black paint from our storefront windows (left there from the previous tenant) at NO COST TO ME! Just something to stay busy and help me out. This was a huge help!Will 100% hire again, will look to them for future cleaning and polishing.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely fantastic working with JCL. We are converting a garage to living space and they polished the concrete floors and did some patch work where the concrete crew had left some untidy edges. We converted a covered concrete patio into a sunroom and had JCL polish the concrete floor. They did a wonderful job, the cost was substantially under other bids that we got and their customer serves was superb. They listened to our needs and concerns and addressed them in a timely and caring manner. It was a very pleasant experience working with their office staff and work crew.Service: Flooring

JCL did a wonderful job bringing our concrete floor in 120+ old house back to life. We really did not think the basement floor could be salvaged but they worked some miracles. The floor was in pretty rough shape initially but with some attention to detail, polishing and patching, the floors turned out great. Highly recommended!Service: Flooring

JCL Concrete did a high-quality job grinding, polishing, densifying and sealing the concrete garage floor of my old house. They didn't rush or take shortcuts at the expense of quality. This kind of job takes 2.5 days, and they followed the correct process to every detail. There are a lot of concrete flooring companies out there willing to do 1-day shortcut approaches and charge you even more than what I paid for the real thing.
