Omg, saved my sanity! My kids have been sick to the point of coughing n then vomiting Got same day appointment ($25 well spent so I didn't have to keep seeing n smell it!) I swear my rug looks cleaner now than first day I bought it! Scheduling was a breeze, they let me know when they were on the way and technician was super professional even with my sick kiddos asking a million questions about what he was doing! They have no business license. No way to register a complaint. The technician came in. He started poking at the carpet and would not stop. He kept saying he is looking for moisture and urine. Sounded like a sales gimmick. Despite my request to stop, he would not and refused to give an estimate. Finally, after about 20 minutes my decision was to ask him to leave. Then his boss calls and threaten to put a lien. Ruined my day. Then realized that they don't even have license.
