I moved to Portland several years ago and these folks took over from my Salem State Farm agent of many years who retired. It has been a very smooth transition and I am still receiving the excellent customer service that I experienced from my prior agent. Julie Ellsworth, one of this office's agents, has provided expert assistance and has promptly responded each and every time I have had a question or needed help with my insurance policies. I highly recommend both Julie and this State Farm office.

Did my research and Jacquline Fitzgibbons Agency came up highly reviewed. So glad I made the change I thought the days of customer service were over but it turns out I was with the wrong Insurance agency and agent. The follow through with this office has been outstanding. thank you
