Just another organization joining the "bait and switch" typhoon in the name of chasing profits (mainly in trying to lure loyalty card customers). This has GOT to stop. Too many other options. While gas is less expensive than Chevron (one of THE most expensive gas anywhere) we all have too many choices elsewhere. Gas is usually less expensive at Fred Meyer or Safeway. Jackson's WAS my local "goto convenience" stop but not anymore. Time to vote with your pocketbooks people!!!

It’s a normal Jacksons food mart. I go out of my way to stop here because the soda fountains let you mix, lime, lemon, cherry, and other flavors in with your soda. I know it sounds silly but this little perk makes my soda day.

I just wanna say that Brandi that works there is so nice, and caring! She is the reason I keep coming back.Whenever I walk in she knows what I want, and never has a problem going above and beyond to make sure customers are happy! She is a great asset to that company, and I really hope Jacksons can see that, and make sure they do what ever they have to do to keep her around!!

4 stars only because I feel I have to, just in case there's is something better, that I leave an opportunity to grade higher if need be. So dont let 4 stars confuse you with something that had me lacking a 5 star service. That being said, this particular Jacksons are top tier. Jacksons convenience stores in my opinion are the new leaders in accommodation for your typical commuter. Whether your grabbing something before work or just completing a checklist with some last minute items before a long road trip. Jacksons has all your basic needs covered, with more options to choose from then there competitors. Great staff

It's always been my opinion that management should lead by example. Including of course, management in training. With that being said.Anyone who is employed by Jackson's. Whether higher above (a particular) manager in training, below, or a customer. One should know of the incident that I experienced today as well as the attitude and treatment I received leading up to what I unfortunately had to experience today.I have been a loyal, satisfied customer of Jackson's for 3ish years or so. Great employees! Friendly service! Nothing NEGATIVE to say really! That is, until a couple of weeks ago. A new face. A miss manager in training. She refuses to return a smile or a greeting from me. She hears me. She just looks at me, blankly. Then looks past me.I say things like "excuse me" or "sorry, may I step around you?" Nothing. Ever. Not a word.Today, I was returning cans. Yes, cans.Their policy, day shift, 3 employees must be on shift , and only 25 cans of what they sell.1 young man was at the register , 1 fella outside pumping gas ,and miss manager. She was restocking items on the floor. The guy at the register had a line. Certainly he could not help me. So I asked him if I should ask ' miss'. He nodded. Now, sorry, but I failed to mention that I had already made eye contact with her twice. I also made it known to her that I was waiting for assistance, for the cans. By standing directly in her line of sight and moving gently my bag of cans. She looked at me and then looked away. Then got on her phone. Ok. So, giving her the benefit of doubt. Maybe it was work related ?..However when I walked over to her and said "Excuse me, would you please help me,?"I couldn't believe it!!!!So HORRIBLY rudely! She replied ,huge sigh!!!"You are going to have to wait! I am doing something!" Then she got back on her phone where now I could see that she was TEXTING!She realized that the guy at the register could hear everything she had said. So she came behind the counter and to a woman, who had just walked in, she asked ,"Can I help you?"The young man stopped his line and quickly helped me!I want to add this.....I am right now....homeless. I believe that she is grotesquely misusing her position to make others feel less comfortable and unwelcome.

Why spend money here when you could go anywhere else (like across the street) and not have to deal with drones enforcing face diapers. Let's go, Brandon!

Good gas prices, and a good variety of snacks, just never has hot food on the rollers anymore, but with COVID-19 can't blame them.
