Everyone has been super nice, I just wish they would provide winter warmth for their attendants if they’re not allowed to stand in the shop in the evenings. There are some older folks who work here and don’t need to be freezing.

Tried to buy gas but attendant would not let me because my bank card chip doesn't work and she wouldn't let me swipe the card instead. Useless!

It's your standard gas station. However on maps and the website. It say they are open 24hrs a day 7 days a week. The times that the gas station AND PUMPS ARE AVAILABLE, are from 5:00am to 12:00am. So how at some gas stations, just the little hut or inside is closed, at this one you can't buy/pump gas past the open hours.

Bought a car wash from a gas station attendant. The attendant failed to mention the car wash was closed. When I went into the store to get a refund they refused to refund me the money for wash stating there "was a sign by the wash." I tried to explain to them that I purchased the wash while at the gas pump from the gas attendant. They said I should've "read the sign." What a scam this place is. Go somewhere else!

The employees here are some real ones. Always been incredibly courteous and respectful especially the big dude with all the tattoos. Shop here and bring it some business. Don’t go to the Plaid Pantry up the road on 33rd they suck and are mean people.

Superior service every time I'm here. Thank you to Carl, Rose and Matthew for top notch service. The other day I was hurting and Carl was extremely sympathetic and understanding. Good to know there are good people around.

While getting gas a man lingering around the gas station was waiving around an unlit cigarette and a lighter and kept acting like he was going to light it. Considering I was connected to the pump I felt stuck, and uncomfortable to say the least, I asked the gas station attendant if she could address it, and said if she wasn't comfortable doing it I would. Her response was that there was an ashtray nearby and that's why he was smoking. So her logic is- it's ok to light open flames in the middle of a gas station if there's an ashtray nearby it means it's safe. I quickly realized I couldn't depend on her and popped my head out to ask the man to please not lights his cigarette in the gas station as it made me feel unsafe. He responded by lighting up and not a single employee did a thing about it. This entire experience represents insanely unsafe practices which you as an establishment are accountable for. You have got to address this by educating your staff on safe handling of hazardous materials and then empowering them to take action keeping the premises safe. It's their job.

The other night, my boyfriend (who is African- American) and I came to this gas station to get gas. We pulled up to the second pump to let the car behind us (who were our friends that also needed gas). After the attendant started putting gas in our friends car we saw that the pump was out of order. So, we waited until our friends got gas, and then we reversed to the pump behind us. My boyfriend went inside asked the employee for $20 of gas, and the employee said "No I just served you gas get out of here". My boyfriend gives him a weird look, and says "no sir, that was my friends we also need gas". The employee replies "I'm not serving you get out of here". At this point the friends that were behind us went into the store urging my boyfriend to leave because we could all see through the clear glass at this store that something was not right. My boyfriend says "Please, I just need $20 of gas my car is on E, and I have cash right here". The employee picks up the phone, calls 911 and says to the emergency response worker "there is a N***ER harassing me and won't leave my work". My boyfriend comes to the car and we wait there for probably 10 min waiting to see if they came because we had nothing to hide. Then we left, and got gas the next morning. Thank god our car didn't die on the side of the road. I WILL NEVER BE BACK HERE UNLESS IT IS TO TALK TO A MANAGER OR OWNER and I hope a lot of people do the same, society has grown past this. The employee I'm talking about in this review was an older white man obviously stuck in his old racist ways. The public doesn't deserve that.

Employee followed me into store and sarcastically said thanks when I didn't hold the door for him, but I didn't even know he was right behind me. I couldn't hear him because of the traffic.

Went here today to wash my car. The machine scratched my entire car. I noticed it five minutes after I left, when I stopped at a pharmacy down the street. This is a brand new car. I last washed it a little over a week ago (different carwash) and it was looking great. I came right back to report it and the only person available was defensive and trying to leave. She took a report of the incident but could not tell me when I would receive follow up. She also refused for me to record the conversation for documentation. There is no doubt that these 1000s of scratches were caused by this car wash. Please save yourself the trouble and avoid this carwash. This $6 wash now is now costing me $500 with my deductible. Hopefully this place will pay for that and the repairs. I took a video of the damages (screenshots of some scratches attached), before filling out report.

This place is NOT open 24/7. Arrived in town at 2am to get gas and looked up this place. Store was closed and the pumps were OFF so I couldn't continue my road trip until they re-opened at 5am
