As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Miss Eddie as if I were an old friend. When I gave her my name she used it every time she spoke with me. Her mother Sadie offered me a cup of tea while her uncle Jerome cut the mat and glass for the print that I brought in with my frame. I have never had a better shopping experience in the six years I’ve lived here. You’d be crazy to go anywhere else. Thank you, JP for the beautiful work.

J P's is amazing!! JP and his sister are both so friendly and inviting, made the whole process of framing easy and seamless. They have a huge selection of frames and mats, JP helped me find the perfect combination to frame a drawing my mom had done of our family from the 90s. He took great care of the artwork and even had the idea to float it on top of the mat to not cut off any details. It was ready in less than a week (even though it was right before Christmas!) and is amazing quality and my mom loved it. I will definitely be back!

We had brought in a very big job and JP and crew handled it perfectly. We had 7 very large Art pieces to frame and do the matting with anti glare on all of them, they not only did it in record time, but did such a professional job and communicated with us all along the way. When we picked them up, the framed Artwork was wrapped in paper covers and ready to go. The pricing was very fair and the hospitality was welcoming and warm, I will return for sure. Thank you JP and Crew - Great Work !!

What a fabulous shop! We have had four pieces framed at J P’s and have had our expectations exceeded each time. This family-run business takes all the time you need to talk through the best way to preserve your art pieces and helps you select the right frame for you to meet your budget and make the work shine! Their customer service is truly amazing. On top of great service, the quality of their work is unmatched. We had some thickly painted canvases from a recent trip and they were able to expertly stretch them without cracking the painting and get them into a fun, funky frame we chose. We will keep coming back every time we have a new piece for our walls!

I cannot overstate how grateful I was for their amazing work. I rolled up like the chronic procrastinator I am with a piece of artwork that needed to be prepared for a friends wedding that afternoon. Not only was everyone at the shop kind and exceedingly helpful, they did an incredible job and made my friends special day even better. The shop itself is lovely, and I cannot recommend them enough. Loved our experience at JP's. We have never professionally framed a picture before. We weren't sure if it would be worth it. IT WAS. Our picture (painted by my husband's great aunt) has been transformed. We got great recommendations from everyone in the store as to what materials and colors to use. They were super helpful and welcoming without being pushy at all. We couldn't be happier.
