The dispute process is incredibly frustrating. Even after they make a charge for fraud its still possible to get another charge from the same company. Then what's the point of disputing canceling the card if they still allowed the charges to come through. Very poor customer service.

Never worked with a nicer group of people. They understand how fluid construction is and are always ready to help. Really appreciate their hard work on my families behalf.

I have had nothing but a great and personalized expirence with this credit union. I became a member in 1993 when they were on foster rd. at 16 years old with my first checking account then my first loan at 17 with a co signer for a brand new Honda CR 250 dirt bike. 30 years and as many loans later I have never been let down by anyone affiliated with this bank. (yes I said 30 loans.. i am an ironworker not an accountant. I don't always make the smartest moves with my overtime checks. Even when my credit suffered because of my bad decisions they would still take a chance on me not just because of history with them, they will take the time to check with other ironworkers and when other members vouch for them they know that is as good as credit history most of the time. I personally have seen every one of these girls working late into the night to help members with their emergencies or what we think are emergencies. Even hand deliver a check to a dealership next day for me so i could have the vehicle i wanted without having to wait because they have the ability to spoil the members and their families. I know without a doubt anyone who has a complaint about this credit union then it was out of their control or a misunderstanding because they don't let s*** slip thru the cracks here.

Kimberly is amazing! Reaching out on a weekend day and assisting. I love being apart of this credit union. All of the staff have been great! Kimberly definitely has gone above and beyond!! Thank you ICU!

No better place to protect and grow your savings and receive help putting together a simple yet managable hands free way to pay your monthly bills. CEO and staff cared for the membership and families for over 50 years. Bad credit accrued outside of the ironworkers fcu isn't an issue for our members. Confidence in the greater good of the sibling-hood is the goal. As much as it sounds like it I don't work for the iwfcu just a member since 1991.

Teller was extremely rude, and argued (wrongly) for a ridiculous amount of time that a lienholder check was not a lienholder check, despite the fact that the check stated clearly on it that there would be a security interest (also known as a lien) for Ironworkers USA Federal Credit Union on the title of the vehicle in order to "perfect the lien" Serious job and customer service training needed.

My husband and I have several accounts and our cards get blocked every other transaction and it's always after hours super frustrating. Then we have to wait for the next day to get the problem solved, only to get the cards blocked again after only one phrchase, It seems like they don't have enough money to run this bank so they place a hold on every other transaction once they don't have enough funds to cover their day. purchase, if you like having access to your funds on a regular basis this isn't the bank for you.
