These are nice guys working here and I'm sure their hands are tied, however Interstate Batteries provides no customer service. I bought a battery that had at least one shorted out cell. It would work sometimes. Tried to take it back. It showed 8.6v, however they said they would have to charge it first or Interstate would make them pay for the battery (8.6v is considered a dead battery and should be immediately replaced). After 24 hours, the cell(s) short began to work again and showed 12.6+. Took the battery home and within a couple of days, I was stranded again (8.6v). Decided that I'm too old to keep breaking down randomly because Interstate Batteries won't take care of their customers. Bought a new battery from a local tire company (where I've always gone in the past). At least I know they will take care of me and my vehicle if something comes up.

These guys are absolutely amazing. There is a small fee for installation. However, they will do whatever it takes to get your battery or batteries back in your vehicle with a quickness.Easy to work with these guys easy to order ahead easy to purchase. I can’t recommend them enough if you need a new battery or utility battery for your vehicle. Please feel safe using these guys they will treat you well and make sure you get what you need.

I bought a very expensive interstate battery for my wife's car because I thought it would be more reliable and last longer with a warranty of 2 years. Boy was I wrong. It lasted 1 year. When I went back to the same store where I bought it to get a warranty exchange, (I had the proof of purchase) the guy told me that he would not warranty it. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER INTERSTATE BATTERY. I would not recommend interstate batteries to anyone.

couldn't ask for better service. They had a battery for my Land Rover Discovery, in stock. Dragged my old one in , and in seconds was provided a brand new one. Yeah , spendy ($200) but worth it . Most dependable brand out there. Great warranty , too.

My car battery was corroded and after waiting on hold with the dealership for over an hour I decided to find someplace that could help me more efficiently, and I’m so glad I went here. I just showed up and Dennis was happy to help me test and replace my battery with no appointment and showed me everything he was doing and why, I greatly appreciate the fast and friendly service and the 6 year warranty on my new battery.

Excellent customer service! I needed to change out the batteries in a wheelchair battery pack, and they jumped on it immediately, and even replaced the terminal connectors, at a very reasonable price.
