Wow! Paul is the nicest! I called having battery issues and he went above and beyond! People like him are hard to come by anymore. Definitely recommend!
Updated to add - went in today to get battery replaced and Dennis was super nice and attentive. Quickly swapped batteries and also went above and beyond. Very pleased. No pressure to update anything not needed and very thorough. These guys are great and very knoweledgable.

Called before coming to purchase 2 batteries for $224 each. He said they could install the batteries for $20 each. The fat lazy guy working there saw my truck and changed the price for install to $30 each. I told him he had already told me it would be $20. He changed the price because he'd rather sit around and do nothing and get paid. He lost the sale over $20. Great employee ? ?

Interstate Batteries have been my choice for over 30 years. The people at this location are friendly and knowledgeable and provide all options for your vehicle, including the less expensive options. Installation for $20. Recommend!

Made me wait in the cold with a baby while he talked on the phone for 10min. There was no one in the store he could of easily opened the door. he looked at me and turned is head and ignored me I believe it was because I was African American. This place will be out of business soon because they pick and choose who theyll sell batteries to.

These are nice guys working here and I'm sure their hands are tied, however Interstate Batteries provides no customer service. I bought a battery that had at least one shorted out cell. It would work sometimes. Tried to take it back. It showed 8.6v, however they said they would have to charge it first or Interstate would make them pay for the battery (8.6v is considered a dead battery and should be immediately replaced). After 24 hours, the cell(s) short began to work again and showed 12.6+. Took the battery home and within a couple of days, I was stranded again (8.6v). Decided that I'm too old to keep breaking down randomly because Interstate Batteries won't take care of their customers. Bought a new battery from a local tire company (where I've always gone in the past). At least I know they will take care of me and my vehicle if something comes up.
