“My phone could no longer charge -- apparently the port was damaged. Melanie one of the people that worked there first examined the port and found it had lint and other gunk in it. It charged briefly but was no longer dependable.
So Melanie told me how I could change plans and get a new version of my phone for $100 (not including the plan change). I went from 4g to 5g and got a new phone and a better plan (better reception.) She also was great in that she put on the screen protector perfectly -- no air bubbles. And she helped me get a couple good fast wall chargers! Excellent customer care! Thank you, Melanie!”
“Elliot spent two hours with me to set up a new iPhone. He was thorough and found I didn’t back up correctly and fixed the issue to make sure I didn’t lose any data. He was so chill and knew exactly how to trouble shoot. I was dreading the new phone set up process but he made it pleasant and easy so I had to leave a review. Other staff there were so friendly and it was actually fun being there. How refreshing. Thank you!”

“We were greeted immediately when we walked in the store. The employees were friendly and helpful. I was having trouble with my iPhone 5 charging. I was able to purchase a new charging cord and everything worked out just fine. The store was very clean and well stocked. If I need any further help with my phone I will be returning to Verizon.”

I'm grateful she took the time to troubleshoot the phone before anything else like warranty or insurance claims. It's customer service like this that has made me a T-Mobile customer for 15+ years.”

“Abby is an absolutely phenomenal and top-notch T-Mobile professional. As new customers, we switched from another carrier over the phone. Not only did Abby assist me personally, she assisted my entire family. She maintained a pleasant demeanor knowing she wasn't getting the initial commission. Additionally, she was able to correct mistakes made by the Mall 205 store visited the previous day. We were poorly treated there with appalling attitudes.

She kept her cool in a high stress environment, with some customers taking their frustration of not bringing ID with them out on the staff.
