The owner & staff are so caring & understanding. It's always a pleasure interacting with them. They are experts in their field & I appreciate their honesty & willingness to share information. They had my vehicle in tip-top shape, looking brand new when we went to pick it up after an auto accident.

This shop practices excellent auto repair AND exceptional customer service. You just don't find that much anymore. The office manager Lizzie was great and John the owner just takes pride in owning a well run business. I'm impressed as I will definitely recommend.

After an abysmal experience with my now former Insurance Company... International Collision Repair really stepped up to the plate. They went the extra mile to make sure that every expectation was not only met, but exceeded. Lizzy was very sympathetic and made sure they delivered and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent repair business and great customer service. Our car was pretty heavily damaged in an accident and they kept in touch with us about the repairs and expected completion date. My experience with ICR was phenomenal. Lizzie was exceptionally kind and went above and beyond helping me coordinate my rental situation and keeping me informed. She turned a stressful experience into a breeze! The repairs on my vehicle were done beautifully and in a timely manner, and it even came back to be sparkly clean inside and out (certainly not the case when I dropped it off)! I would absolutely return here if needed in the future and would recommend this shop to anyone.Services: Painting

These guys are outstanding. I appreciate your time and honesty. Thank you for repairing my mustang ? ? that was my dad's mustang and my grandpa's. That car has been in my family for years. Sooo just go here. Period. The staff at International Collision are so welcoming, friendly, and HELPFUUULL!!! Which is upmost appreciated when you've unexpectedly needed such a place, and are probably already stressed out. Haha! The business is family owned, and has been operating for over a decade - for a good reason. Mr. John and Lizzy were both great at explaining the process, time frames, following up, and ensuring to answer any of my questions before sending me off. They already had Enterprise on their way to pick me up UPON MY ARRIVAL?! Uh!! They are the most cool and kind, for sure! :) Everything was flawless. They even went above and beyond - ensuring in getting my new bumper, to have the crew install my front plate for the state of OR - cause I'm not originally from here, and my car didn't have it previously. Strange I know, but! They were kind enough to make it happen, and the body work/paint job was FLAWLEEESSSS. OH! I TOTALLY have to mention they ALSO had my car ready 9 DAYS EARLIER than expected!! Granted - I just needed a new bumper, but hey!! That matters!!!!JUST GO!! Dealing with car stuff can be stressful enough, the least you could do for yourself - regardless of how long it may take.. is work with people who actually give a damn about helping you. This has got to be the best mechanic shop in Portland. Everything about the crew here is class, excellent communication, old school care you can't find anymore and they get the job done. When insurance tried to bend me over the wheel time and time again they kept things moving. My car looks better than new, and they've won a customer for life.

They are SO super nice here. I called around to about 10 different places and no one could even give me an estimate till October and even in for repairs till end of December. They got me in the next week for an estimate and repair as they do both with Progressive. They were SO nice over the phone. I came in and I was helped right away by the KINDEST and most Sympathetic receptionist. She explained to me everything thoroughly and gave me realistic expectations about parts. I didn't interact with anyone else in the office, but I saw one of the staff, dressed in nice business attire, helping an elderly customer to the bathroom. I'd come here just for the customer service.
